We had a nice time and the wait staff was very friendly and attentive, but just be warned, the restaurant itself is not quite as nice and romantic as the pictures on Open Table would make it seem. Too lights were too bright for evening...dining, the tables and chairs look cheap, and the genre of music (teen pop) just didn’t match with what we were hoping for. Food was fine but a bit overpriced. Not quite what we expected for a date night, but we still had fun and enjoyed our meals.More

I can’t say enough good. Fantastic food, great and fun staff. This was an absolutely amazing dinner and one the best finds in Charleston. You need to go!

We have enjoyed this wonderful restaurant since just after they opened. Superb is the only word I have for their service and menus. I was just there yesterday. Drove in from Wild Dunes out on the island to get there. My wife and I had...a wonderful meal, as always, and especially enjoyed the personal and family like service they always provide. They were putting fresh orchids out on the tables as we left. Nice...but not nearly as nice as the chicken kabob with wonderful spices I had just enjoyed! Or the baklawa...simple syrup sweet and orange....More

Lunch menu same as dinner so expensive. Dry chicken in the swarma. Out of two of our favorite hot appetizers. Short staffed. Been here several times over the years and this time fell so short. Don’t expect ambiance in a Middle Eastern restaurant but do...expect amazing food. Ridiculously priced wines by the glass.More

Came into town last night and it was a little bit later than we anticipated, but they fit us in, gave us amazing service and the food was fantastic! The lamb shank was so tender it fell off the bone and the drinks were on...point. Great family owned restaurant that I would recommend again and again.More

My wife and I were extremely disappointed. Although her felafel was good, almost everything else (hummus, babaghanoush and grape leaves) on her vegetarian vegetable plate was bland and oily. Her pita sections were not warm, fresh or fluffy at all, like every middle eastern place...we've been. They were flat and tasteless and as thin as a dried out tortilla. My Musaka was also tasteless, like plain boiled eggplant with at least a scoop of rice. We struggled through eating about half of our meals until I felt it was too late to turn the food back or expect not to pay. I saw a lot of rave reviews on TripAdvisor but It was our first bad meal in Charleston. We won't be back.More

Tasty foods -- particularly the baba ganoush with pita slices and lamb skewers. The atmosphere is nothing fancy, but the food makes up for it.

Good quality Lebanese food. Comes in as a top 5 for me. The menu has good diversity with appetizers, vegetarian and protein dish offerings. We had the baba ganoush for an appetizer and it was just fantastic. Very creamy and tasty. I had The lamb...kebabs cooked medium rare and they were absolutely fantastic. Cooked perfectly and tender. My wife had the vegetarian sampler and raved about it. I have to say that the hummus was so creamy and rich tasting and did not have an over garlic to it. The service was friendly, attentive, courteous and quick. If I was in the area again I would definitely return to this Lebanese style restaurant. TIP: drinks are expensive here and poured with a very light hand. Can't see the value. If you plan to do some drinking, you might want to consider other options.More
