Excellent service and restaurant management. We enjoyed delicious flavor in all the dishes we ordered. The gummy pasta was the only downside which the management addressed immediately. Conveniently located and beautifully appointed setting. The flounder entree was exceptional. We will repeat this delightful evening on our next trip.

My husband and I spent the weekend in Charleston for our anniversary. We had gotten engaged at the Charleston Grill and were looking forward to celebrating there again. They go above and beyond on all the important point: amazing and innovative food, wonderful ambience, and topnotch service. They had a hand-written anniversary card waiting for us and proceeded to make... More

Very nice environment with live jazz music. We sat next to the band but it was easy to hold a conversation. For starters we had the baked oysters and the crabcake. Both were delicious. For the main course we had grouper and a medley of fish, crab shrimp in a stew like broth with some grits. In the past year,... More

The chef is a master. Great variety of food. Try the tasting menu. The restaurant is beautiful with a center garden to view. Since I was travelling and sight-seeing all day, I was dressed in walking shirts and a polo shirt. They were gracious to allow me to dine although I was not dressed business casual. The service is impeccable... More

What a blast we had at this restaurant. I had the branzino and my husband had the lamb chops. Both were EXCELLENT. Lisa was our server with John assisting. Could not have been happier with our experience.

The menu here offers different categories from light to heavier options. You can mix and match as desired. The octopus salad was savory and delicious. We also enjoyed the Bucatini Nero (great sweet/slightly spicy flavor), Seared Flounder and Low Country Muddle. We shared the carrot cake fritters and selection of sorbets. It was all very good. My only reservation would... More

We drove into town just days after the hufrricane and saw that there had been a massive clean-up. My husband and I were delighted that we chose the Charleston Grill on King's Street for our last night in lovely and enchanting city of Charleston. There was jazz music until 10 o'clock. We chose not to sit too close to the... More

This is a true 5 star establishment. The unique menu offered different choices and amazing tastes. They seated us in a cozy love seat and made us feel special. Attentive and engaging staff. The food was so good and the live jazz musicians created a special ambience.
