Phenomenal service from whitt

Whitt was a wonderful and knowledgeable server who gave great insight into the menu and personal favorites. Definitely took him up and really enjoyed everything we ordered. Would love to dine there again soon!

Home inside of a hometown

82 Queen is definitely the spot to visit if you want to leave with a good memory of Charleston. Our server, Whit was very friendly, helpful, and knew how to make sure you were cared for. Will surely come back in the near future!

Charming, inviting, Southern comfort

Charming decor. Whitt is a friendly and comical server! The food was also amazing. I got the crab cake Benedict, and the taste of the crab is excellent and not obscured by the breading.

Great Dining Experience! Great server Whit!

Excellent service (Robert) and food

Excellent service and She crab soup was amazing ! We also had the tomato pie ( YUM ! ) Robert our waiter was attentive and made our experience incredible. Highest recommend Robert and 82 queen

Phenominal lunch, especially the She-crab!

She-crab is over the top. Phenomenal. Tomato pie was fantastic. Our server Robert was top notch. Polite, courteous, attentive, knowledgeable and just a great guy. Incredible. Highly recommend 82 Queen!

Thanksgiving was Wonderful

Perfect Thanksgiving dinner and excellent service from Whit and the rest of the waitstaff. We were greeted and seated promptly. Whit kept us entertained between courses. 82 Queen has the best shrimp and grits in town.

Sometimes, the server makes the difference!

Perfect location and perfect server! Whit is one of the finest human beings on this planet! My wife and I watched him single-handedly serve 5 tables while fully engaging with each table in appropriate conversation and making people feel so welcomed and comfortable. 82nd Queen...has found its diamond in Whit!More

Great service place and food!!

This was a great experience. Our waiter Whit was on point. He gave us great recommendations and everything was delicious! The She Crab Soup was the best! The fried oysters were cooked to perfection and my husband loved his shrimp and grits! Great all around!!

Excellent lunch place!

We wandered in out of the rain! This place is known for the She Crab soup. It did not disappoint! Our awesome server, Whit suggested the crab cake and jambalaya. We chose the crab cake and it was so light and cooked perfectly. Our drinks,...The Charleston Breeze and Muddle Creek were very good! We will be back!More

Best Experience of our own Personal Food Tour

Best stop on our own 5 day foodie tour from Charleston to Savannah! Our waiter Witt was fantastic and suggested the Jambalaya and Crab Cake Benedict and they didn’t disappoint - best food, service and ambiance all week. Our favorite experience and that included Magnolia,...The Pink House and Alligator Soul!!More

Great Service!

82 Queen definitely lives up to its reputation. I'd never been before but was immediately impressed with the ambiance of the outdoor patio, and how friendly the staff is; especially Wit. This guy was incredible. Not only was he informative, but he had amazing humor....He made our dining experience one for which I just had to leave a review. The She crab soup is also to die for also.More
