Wonderful location for that special luncheon with a favorite someone. If it's your birthday, they may surprise with a beautiful dessert or glass of bubbly. Food is excellent albeit pricey. During mild weather, sit on the patio. Bon Appetite!

Absolutely gorgeous restaurant. Feels like a true southern jewel. The seafood BLT is the best sandwich I have ever had. The palmetto sampler lunch is genius, you get portions of their top 4 items...but be warned it is a lot of food!

We had a nice lunch at Palmetto Cafe. The restaurant has a great location as a bonus. The waiter was very good and attentive. I loved my red wine Pinot Noir! The menu options were very good. I loved my pan seared Salmon. We also loved the bread that was offered.

We were staying at the Belmond and decided to have breakfast here and loved it! While pricey, the service and attention to detail made the experience first rate for us. The room is beautiful and bright and my only regret is not trying the continental breakfast as it looked fabulous, with many choices. My daughters loved their meals as well,... More

Eggs Benedict was cooked perfectly in the buffet! All the food was good. Great Sunday brunch before heading out on a day of tours.

Let me start by saying I was deceived by its simplicity. We ended up having lunch there because the hotel had committed a boo-boo and given us a lunch on them. We walked into an unassuming, charming restaurant with a lovely menu and a fantastic server. John is the man!! He was knowledgeable about the menu, about the wine, he... More
