We went for lunch and sat at the counter. The place is a fairly small shop, clean, and colorfully decorated. It was very busy but the wait staff handled the rush. The one other thing about the place was the smell, which was amazing. If you were not hungry prior to your entry, you would be by the time you... More

Latin Quarter meets Broad Street. Casual coffee spot where you might want to linger. Not the place for a big eggs and bacon breakfast. Mostly croissants, baguets and maybe a crocque monsieur or madame but very nice taste of Paris.

A pleasant surprise. Unassuming well-located informal dining at the bar or at shared tables. Simple choices made to order at very reasonable prices. Service is prompt and friendly. We will come back.

This was by far my favorite place to have lunch. I could have eaten here every day of our vacation. The soup, cheese, wine, roast beef and fresh bread were amazing! This is one of those places that makes your mouth water just thinking about it.

Our group of 4 stopped in for an intended quick bite. The restaurant was busy but there were 3 stools together at the bar, so we asked if it was ok if one of us stood. (It was bar height, after all). There were two bar chairs against the wall about 2 feet away, but we were told those chairs... More

The French Press coffee was wonderful as were the croissants. The breakfast menu was small so if you're looking for options try some place else. If you want a fantastic cup of coffee look no further.

Make sure that you ask about the history of this fine establishment! The menu changes, the personnel might change as well but the quality of food and conversation remain. A fabulously casual lunch at a LONG bar that is also long on charm.
