We enjoyed everything about Eli's Table when we visited last December that we asked if we could host our son's rehearsal dinner there. Fast forward to May 18, 2024. What a remarkable dinner the chef and staff at Eli's created for us. We were absolutely...stunned with everything about this dinner for 45. First, the weather threatened so the staff quickly moved our event inside. Chef Corey put together a creative and diverse menu for our guests from whom I am still getting rave reviews. The apps; the entrees; the desserts and the service from the bar as well as the servers could not have been better. Eli's Table is fortunate to be led by a young, eager and oh so creative Chef Corey. The staff works well together while working well with their guests. I would make this decsion again in a heartbeat. Thank you, everyone, at Eli's Table for making this very special eveing a huge success.More

Quaint restaurant in the historic district of Charleston, SC. The food was exquisite. Our waiter, Jared, was very helpful in helping us select a wine. Overall experience was a 10+! The restaurant charges a 3% fee for credit card use. This fee is not apparent,...not mentioned on the menu or on the bill. When you get your bill, you will see the added fee----if you carefully review the charges on your bill. We would recommend, transparency for the credit card fee.More

This place is a gem! When it says they are pet friendly, it is no joke! The staff and the manager were so kinda to us and our two dogs! We only stopped in to get a snack and a drink to get out of...the rain but we found a place that we will go back to anytime we have our dogs downtown and need a bite to eat!!! The fried green tomatoes were some of the best I’ve ever had! The ahi tuna special was amazing! Omg and the coconut cake! Do your pups and your stomach a favor and check this place out!More

We dined here for Sunday brunch and the food was excellent! We were seated right away, but there seemed to be some confusion with the staff, because it took a long time for them to come take our drink order and our server acted surprised...we were there as if no one told him we were seated in his section. After we placed our order we waited a very long time for our main meal. We started with the beignets with berry coulis, which were delicious! Finally, after a long wait our food arrived, but once we tasted our food, we forgot about being irritable. We were both very pleased with our breakfast dishes and it made up for the slow service. We will be back!More

First time here. The food was good, but not memorable. Seated quickly, but were not given either dinner or drink menus until we complained to the manager. Never experienced this with an upscale restaurant. Service was OK. Probably would not return - there are many...much better places in Charleston.More

I would recommend this restaurant for any occasion. The waiters all seemed to take pride in providing excellent service and making each customer feel important. Our waiter, Jared, was attentive but not intrusive. When my wife expressed that her system might be too sensitive to...a dish she wanted to try, alternatives were suggested, and they turned out to be great. My steak was perfectly cooked. The beignets for dessert were not too heavy or too fluffy and were served with delicious fruit compote to dip them in.More

He (Jered?) was so nice, as was all of of the staff,...and the food was DELICIOUS! Being from New York City, we know good food. You will NOT be disappointed! Great vibe as wellMore

Do yourself a favor and put this place on your "must go to" places to eat when you are in Charleston. Chef Cory is the best. He not only makes the most awesome food but we just happened to run into him at another establishment...and he overheard us talking about wanting to try Eli's but couldn't get a reservation. Right away he got on his phone and hooked us up We had no idea he was head chef until after he did that. Super guy! I had the Filet and my cousin had the Mussels and they were both to die for. We had Fried Green Tomatoes and Prosciutto and Fig Crostini for appetizers. So good! And for dessert we had Beignets. OMG!! Melted in your mouth. Our bartender Billy was awesome!! Made the best drinks and so personable. The Maitre D Raymond was....there are no words. Best guy ever. Helena our waitress, it was her first day there. She was so attentive and did a fantastic job. Please do yourself a favor and go here. Best experience ever!!!More

This was absolutely the “Best” restaurant experience we had while visiting Charleston last week! We didn’t have reservations, (I know, a big no no) we asked locals on King Street where we could get a great southern meal and so many recommended Eli’s. We opted...to sit at the bar but they could’ve had a table (lucky for us)! Our bartender/server Jared was amazing. The attention to detail the entire staff had for every diner/diners arriving was suburb, we witnessed a great team working together and having fun. Every dish we ordered, and we ordered a lot was amazing. Don’t leave this place w/o experiencing the Fried Green Tomatoes and the Beignets! Make a reservation and experience the best food and service Charleston has to offer!More
