A good restaurant in a great location. During warm weather outside bar gets air too loud, but this time of year quiet with good food and a wonderful view, if you like boats and water.

This is the second time we have driven out here for lunch on the water at the bar. (it would be even nicer to arrive by boat). I had the boom boom shrimp wrap with blue cheese slaw. It was different and absolutely delicious.Despite the scorching heat wave we have been having it was comfortable at the outdoor pavilion they... More

Went to give this place a shot as they are under new management. The food at this Marina location has always been awful. My theory is that sunburned drunken boaters have low expectations and that has always been delivered here-and still is. Food was mediocre. Burger ordered medium was well done. Chicken nachos are awful. Salad was bleh. Shrimp and... More

The seafood here is simply FRESH. We celebrate birthdays here because we love sitting by the water AND watching the Gamecock fans next door at Catfish Johnny's. There was a salad with grilled watermelon - so fresh easy on the palate which is no longer on the menu... Maybe it was seasonal (?). I always get a seafood platter. And... More

We had heard there was a new chef and we were excited to try the restaurant once again. But it didn't live up to the hype. The food is mediocre. Service is slow. The atmosphere should be great because it's one of the best locations on Lake Murray but the dated tables and chairs feel sticky.

I ate here with family recently as we heard J. Peters now owns it and J. Peters is one of our favorite places to eat. I had the catfish which was very good. I was glad to see that they had hush puppies. The fries were good. I did not care for the coleslaw. We will return. Overall we enjoyed... More

Buy a boat and pull up to the dock! Dress code... ???! (I think men need shirts to go inside!) Amazing outdoor entertainment with delicious food that... Wait for it... they will deliver to your "sailing vessel!" No flotation device too small... We saw a couple roll up on a paddle board (sorry I didn't snap a pic)!

It's a shame the food isn't better because the location is great. You can reach it by boat, and dress is casual, but the menu is uninteresting and food simply average

As a couple, we don't usually like "a sports bar atmosphere." We made a last minute decision to try the Rusty Anchor last Friday evening. We were seated promptly. The restaurant and rest rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly. The food (salmon and mahi mahi) was prepared very well. Is anyone really watching the TVs? This... More
