Fat Patties is a Hand Crafted American Burger Joint. We offer our creative burger concoctions with the option of 5 different patties: Grass Feed Beef, ½ n 1/2(Ground Beef and Ground Bacon), Wild American Shrimp, Turkey, or a Vegetarian Black Bean Pattie served on our homemade buttery buns. Our Brats are simmered in American Ale and topped with the same extravagant toppings as our Burgers. We also make our own Ice Cream with unique flavors like Bacon Maple, White Chocolate Cayenne as well as traditional flavors. We can’t wait for you to try it!

Excellent casual dinner

My husband and I had dinner at Fat Patties on 8/2. We had our dog Dorthy with us so we sat outside. Our server was Margaret and she was absolutely awesome! We started with calamari which was excellent a very generous portion. I got the house made porter sausage and hubby got the ribeye cheesesteak. My sausage was amazing and my husband (who’s a chef) said his cheesesteak was the best he’s had in years. The rosemary fries were also a nice touch. Server was knowledgeable about the local beer selection and was able to give some really good recommendations. As a heads up, with covid right now you do have to look up the menu on your phone to order but really not a big deal. Highly recommended.

The black bean burger is made in-house, not frozen from a supplier. The chicken was a little gamey tasting for us, meaning it was fresh. This is ok with prpbably the majoroty of people, but we do not prefer that taste The toppings were really high quality. For example, the pepperoni is sliced not like what you purchase at the grocery. The bun did smell funny like it was about to mold or may be what they were stored with. All in all, we would go again and recommend.

Stop outside Parris Island

Great burgers with special toppings. I enjoyed the Virginia and H liked the one with mozzarella and pepperoni. I asked for veggies instead of fries and got a nice serving of julienne cut zucchini peppers squash onions with some mushrooms. Chocolate shake was a big disappointment. It was a chocolate soda- no thickness to it at all.

Casual and Satisfying

This is a modern, casual eatery that caters to young and old. There is indoor seating, outdoor seating and bar seating. Parking is in the rear of the restaurant with additional parking on the street. We were assisted by three young women, all of whom were very cordial and helpful. We were seated immediately - a fortunately occurrence as the place was filled. The food was good and the crowd was happy. Orders were about $15. I had chicken alfredo which was excellent and loaded with chicken. We also had home made mozzarella sticks. They were a bit gourmet and served with pesto which I do not particularly like. Simpler would have been better. My wife had a beef burger. It was well done and the toppings were fresh and plentiful, A customer can either order one of the specialty burgers or build your own. Toppings are priced separately. There are a variety of gound burger meats available. This is also a full bar with many beers on tap. You won't go home hungry.

An average burger joint with a large draft beer choice, unfortunately the one we picked was unavailable. My husband and I ordered burgers which were very good, the fries were cold. Our waitress was pleasant although when we said we were interested in the ice cream menu she brought us our check. We paid and left and will never know if the ice cream was good. :(

Excellent Food!

We ate here twice in 4 days! The 1/2 and 1\2 burger is the best. Half beef, half bacon ground together. If you can imagine it for toppings, they can do it! The rosemary fries are hot, crispy and delicious. The second trip I had the Thai Chicken Bowl. It was spicy, well cooked and tasted great, wish it had some kind of sauce on the rice. The sriracha on top was spicy, but the rice needed some moisture and flavor to compliment the pineapple salsa. Service was good, even on a Sunday at lunch. One of our favorites in Beaufort.

Delicious Burgers!

The pimento beer cheese dip with homemade chips was a great start to our meal. I got the beef burger “porky” with BBQ and bacon. It was cooked to perfection! Very tasty indeed. The Salt Marsh Tabby Porter was a great compliment. I highly recommend this place!

Ridiculous

Recently visited for lunch. The restaurant was empty except for three at the bar. Two waitresses on duty yet a man came out of the kitchen to see if we had been helped. He got the waitress who then seated us and left. She came back a few minutes later to get drink orders, two sodas. Well, ten minutes later, no drinks...but...she could cut fruit for the bar and wait on people coming in from outside for bar service. The other waitress walked by us multiple times bussing a previously occupied table. Several minutes later WE LEFT! Maybe worst experience ever

Great atmosphere,staff wonderful 👍..Only complaint...ordered chicken cheese steak, flavors were amazing but I think they forgot the chicken.. mainly peppers, onion and mushroom..tried to make a half sandwich with what little meat there was.Still lacking...

Lunch stop! Yummy.

Just driving through and found this pub for lunch. Good menu, good selection of beer and a full bar. Plus hand scoop ice cream. We ate at the bar. Great bartender and staff. Fun place and would go again.

Omg slap yo’ momma good

Everything was a tastebud explosion and the service was awesome. The burgers are out of this world. Even the shrimp burger was good and I was hesitant when I ordered it but glad I did. The rosemary fries and beer batter onion rings were great. The pimento cheese beer dip was delish. The ice cream is homemade and spot. This will be a repeater and we plan to go back before we leave this week.

We did not enjoy our visit to Fat Patties. Our waitress was awesome, but that’s the only positive I have to offer. The place was run-down and the food was really not good. I highly suggest picking somewhere else!

Excellent burgers!

Fun local spot! Great burgers with creative options. We went at around dinner time and although they were getting busy, service was fast and friendly. We enjoyed our meal and would definitely return!
