Lots of fresh locally grown produce and from other nearby suppliers also. In-season items, of course, are plentiful. But it's all good. Try it, you will not be disappointed.

Every time I come to Beaufort, this place is a must!! I have only been for brunch, but I'm sure everything else is just as great. It's a really neat environment, and their food is amazing!! I had the shrimp and grits....definitely recommend!

My wife and I stopped in to Beaufort for a quick day trip. We arrived during the water festival, so it was quite busy in the historic area. To get away from the crowds we stopped in to Lowcountry Produce for lunch. It appears to be a mix of a lunch, bakery and local goods shop. What we discovered was... More

This was our second visit. Had a great lunch. The husband is a fan of the ooey gooey. We even took home some lasagna take out for dinner. Was very flavorful. Worth putting on your list for a visit. Fair warning for soda drinkers no coke or Pepsi products just craft sodas.

After a long and tiring drive, we stopped here for a delightful lunch. Many unique items on the menus. I had an oyster/shrimp po boy. Not quite on French bread, but the combo with homemade tarter was yummy. My hubby had the roasted beet salad with a fresh macaroon for dessert. All was great. The building used to be a... More

My husband and I were really craving a shrimp po-boy and we were not disappointed. The service was fast and friendly. The shrimp was just in off the dock and fried to perfection. The cole slaw was terrific too and they gave us iced teas to go. I will go here again. Loved the setting too. The building had been... More

The Lowcountry Produce restaurant was directly across the street from the hotel we were staying in. It is a nice place to eat with a variety of canning food to buy. I bought the jalapeno sweet pickles for my husband. It is perfect when chopped up and put into chicken salad!

Stopped in a recent stroll through Beaufort and purchased some locally made jams and jellies. Along with the store you can purchase sandwiches and salads and eat inside and enjoy the ambience.

We stopped in for an early lunch on a Sunday. We did have to wait, but only about 20 minutes. This place is so cute and it has all types of jams, sauces, soups, etc. that you can shop for while you wait. Our lunch was so good. Both my husband and his dad had a hamburger, which was very... More

We like to go here for holiday brunches and random lunches/breakfasts. Service is really hit or miss as is the food. Overall pretty good. Love the overall look and feel of the place: like you're eating in an old timey grocery store. Tons of canned goods, and organic refrigerated items, and salads you can purchase too. Not for the budget... More
