I adore this cute, little coffee shop! The barista's are as sweet as can be & the coffee/baked goods are unreal. When I moved away from Beaufort, I craved City Java all the way from Charlotte! Now, when I visit my family in Beaufort, I always stop at City Java on my way in & on my way out! All... More

Located with-in the hotel City Loft Hotel. Great coffee, juices and muffins. Coupons from the hotel cut costs of items.

Good coffee and a pretty decent selection of newspapers including NY Times and USA Today. The young staff needs customer service training. I was alone at the counter but had to wait an inordinate amount of time to be greeted while the staff focused on wiping things down.

Everything there is fresh and wonderful. We had beers, scones and coffee over the course of two visits. All were just terrific. Loved it. Will be back.

The City Java Coffee Shop is just a regular coffee shop. Nothing spectacular to talk about. The staff was a bit young and really needed to work on their hospitality skills.

As if City Loft Hotel wasn't amazing enough, the adjoined coffee shop, City Java was packed full of delicious drinks (even have non-dairy option) and kind, helpful staff that really know what they are doing! Don't miss it!

This is the coffee/breakfast of the City Loft hotel. You have to walk down here to get your coffee in the AM. But the coffee and tea was fine, the muffins fresh, and the service excellent.

Great place to rent bikes for half a day or whole day. Bikes are maintained and have bike guys to adjust your bike to your comfort before you ride. Only thing is I wish the bikes had baskets to be just a perfect ride to carry a picnic or your small dog.

This little coffee shop--very popular, judging by the number of people there--is convenient for guests staying at the City Loft Hotel. The hotel gave us a $5 coupon to use here. Because it was crowded, there was a bit of a wait, and they didn't have the breakfast sandwich, which I would have preferred. But the muffins & scones are... More
