Staying at the Crown plaza just down the way. The continental breakfast they offered looked horrendous so we escaped for something more appetizing. Jefferson's is a throw back to a bygone era when food was fast and hot, service was authentic and friendly and two people could have breakfast for 20 bucks. Plus the coffee was good! Highly recommend.

Excellent comfort food for breakfast and lunch. Hard working staff and owner Kellie will fill your belly. If your from out of town put this diner in your GPS,and get over there. You won't be SORRY

The diner is very small but worth it. Portions are very generous and the staff is friendly. I can't recommend enough the blueberry corn bread with butter got off the griddle, it is just fantastic. Two pancakes will fill a kids and the omelet are made to order. For corned beef hash lovers you won't be disappointed. Breakfast for one... More

The place is small and the air conditioning doesn't really work. I was sticking to the seat. But- the food was really good and the prices are awesome. You can get 2 eggs, sausage, toast for $2.50. Most expensive thing is around $8! Lots of locals. The staff was nice too.

You'll never find a diner anywhere more in tune with its location. It's a blue-collar restaurant in a blue-collar neighborhood (Set in the middle of numerous factories and repair facilities, etc.). The food is hearty and good. The waitstaff and food preparers (It's cooked right at the counter) are attentive and pleasant--and absolutely archetypal representatives of the Ocean State. You'll... We opened the place up at 0800 on a Sunday morning looking for a good breakfast. We were welcomed with multiple good mornings. We didn't order anything out of the ordinary. My wife had scrambled eggs, toast and home fries. I had the same with some cornbeef hash. Everything was cooked perfectly, especially the hash with a crisp outside. As... More
