Amaral's is a little unassuming family place on a side street in Warren RI. We have been there many times. It serves the best fish and chips around along with many other fried seafood dishes.

The place to go for fish & chips for decades. Quick service. Eat in or take out. A place the locals have always preferred. Not fancy. No water view. But not to be missed if you want good fish & chips or calamari.

Great take out during the non summer months since the Blount Seafood takes the first prize during the summer months both in quality and atmosphere. Eating in at Amaral's means you will smell the odor on your clothes for a long time! A local tradition which has stood the passing of time.

We love this "no fuss" restaurant. The fish and chips are awesome! I personally loved the creamy clam chowder. My husbands family have been coming here since he was little and now its a must stop when we are in town!

Based on the reviews, this seemed to be exactly what we were looking for - fresh, local seafood. We got the fish and clam strips combo to go for lunch and had a nice picnic table a couple of miles away. The fish was pretty good but the clams were chewy, not very good at all and spoiled the experience.... More

No doubt the fish was fresh and if only it had been panko coated instead of a mix of cornmeal then it would have been fantastic. But it was good but so tired of the same old French fries and cole slaw, wish someone would zip it up a bit and do something out of the ordinary. The clam cakes,... More

Just the kind of place you want to find on a rainy afternoon and you're hungry. Kale soup was wonderful and the clam cakes were the best I have ever had.

My husband and I go to amarals a lot! The seafood can't be more fresh, and it is cooked to order and manages to arrive at our table minutes after we are seated! The service is so nice and friendly-no attitude ever! The customer is always right at Amarals and the customer is always satisfied. The portions are very generous... More

Great small town food you'd expect from small New England Towns. Friendly service, great food, quaint establishment.
