We eat here at least twice a month. We always sit at the sushi bar. The menu is extensive, the food excellent, and the staff friendly. Oh yeah, they make a mean martini.

Don't be put off by the crowded parking lot - it is a big restaurant and there are many tables. We got there right smack in the middle of dinner time and were shown a table straightaway without a reservation. (This was a weekday night so things may be different during the weekend). Ordered sushi and a cooked seafood dish... More

We were going there for years, but recently something changed, and not to the best. The soup does not have straw mushrooms, sushi platters appear smaller, the rolls are different. It is still a solid place to have Japanese lunch or dinner, but not a five-points which I would not hesitate to give it before.
We come here all the time for a quick lunch at the bar. We love the sushi rolls and their miso soup. The bartenders are very friendly (except for one guy who has the personality of a piece of wood) and always are fun to talk to, last time we went the bartender told us about a underground concert with... No one would normally associate Wakefield with fine Asian dining, but we've got two Thai restaurants.
We went with another couple. The staff was friendly and service very good. However, the food was just fair. Wonton soup was fair at best. Mostly broth that had a peppery taste and only 3, very small and doughy won tons. ($5). The fried spring roll (2 very thin rolls). We ordered spicy tuna roll (not very spicy) and only... More
I had previously written a review for this restaurant citing good food but very poor service.Since writing that review I have eaten at Kabuki several times and must say that the service has greatly improved. The food is as good as ever.I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.
Love their paradise roll and american dream. They have a great late night menu. The bar is great and the bartenders are very friendly.
I attended a Chamber of Commerce Business Networking Event at this restaurant earlier this evening. The restaurant set up a "sample buffet" of their menu items for us to try. It was excellent. Ron
Soft shell crab, cream cheese and jalapeno sounds a bit weird at first but it might be one of my mouth's happiest combination of flavors! They are a tad pricey, but the sushi is fresh and delicious and they have a few pretty unique choices.
