Enjoyed a lobster roll and a mudslide right over the water. Tasted some of the clam strip sandwich and it was great too. Perfect spot to hang out while waiting for the ferry.

No trip to Narragansett is complete without a visit to Champlin's. Often a long wait during busy dinner times on the weekend, but the portions are generous and very tasty. You'll need most of the wait time to explore the extensive menu. Twin lobster special, fried clams or scallops or oysters, fried or baked fresh fish and much more. Great... More

When you go to the New England coast, this type of food is the main (fattening) feature of the trip. Champlin's menu is not original, but it masters the best of what defines this food, and sets the standard for the rest. The chowders and bisque are the greatest we have tried, the clam strips are sweet and fresh, the... More

Busy in summer but well worth the wait! Seafood is super fresh and delicious - especially the Captain's Platter and the fried scallops - great cocktails as well

If you're looking for a quick bite to eat after coming back from Block Island, this will do. The food was ok compared to other places we had gone to nearby. The salmon burger was tough and not too flavorful. However, if you are looking for a place to grab a beer and watch the boats come in, this is... More

Our dinner of lobster was so good and memorable. Whenever I get to this area I must have a lobster dinner there. You can sit outside and watch the boats go in and out and wave to the people on Block Island Ferry as it goes by. Before we left town we bought lobsters to take home. They packed them... More

The price is right up there with the average at $19/roll and the kids fish and chips was $13. The lobster roll has a small amount of mayo in it with celery and lettuce. Really packed full. The fish and chips was not as great of a deal. My daughter, however, said it was delicious. Beautiful views overlooking the bay.

Consistently excellent seafood, both fried and broiled. Fresh lobsters, very good chowder. Beautiful view. Fresh and cold raw bar. Prices remain fair despite all of their success. The seafood market is the freshest and best priced in Narragansett. The expanded bar is a nice touch as well. No complaints here, keep up the good work Champlin's!

This was a first time visit and much thanks for the couple ahead of us for orienting us to the process. This establishment should post the process. Get in line, it looks long and never ending but not to worry, moves very efficiently. The line will end at a window you place your order with - you will get a... More

My sister arranged for us to all meet here for my mother's birthday celebration. The ride was aggravating (as you're driving into the teeth of the summer get away traffic) and parking was a bit of a headache (there are two public-pay lots and a lot of street parking if you cannot wiggle your car into one of the seven...
