Had to try a local favorite! Hubby had the lobster roll, super fresh. There are a few options on the menu for landlubbers too... nice burger.

This is a great informal sea food restaurant. Everything is prepared fresh and there is an adjacent seafood market if you want to cook at home. Very informal atmosphere so don't expect table cloth dining. You order and pay for your meal at the counter and then it's brought to your table.

Fill you up and get you out. Big turnover on Fri. and Sat. Nights. Moderately priced. Great value for the $. Mike and Steve are really good at what they do.

This is a very casual restaurant where you order your meal at the counter, find a seat, and the waiter will bring it over once it's ready. It's always crowded. My mother and aunt love to visit there. I consider it OK. If I was looking for a quick meal [and fried seafood], I'd consider it.

We walked the entire Cliff Walk (round trip 7 miles) and went to Anthony's Seafood for lobster rolls, clam chowder and beer. This is a no frills good, solid food place. The lobster rolls were served "cold" - LOTS of lobster and very light seasoning; the clam chowder was thick, chunky and CREAMY; decent selection of beer. Good food, clean... More

A hotel employee recommended Anthony's seagfood restaurant to us about three years ago. When we are in the Newport area we always go there for dinner at least twice. I only order the baked stuffed sole which is always very good.

We went to this place after a few hours walk around those old houses in rhode island. It looks very low key from outside, but when you walk in, you would immediately feel the welcoming and friendly atmosphere. But wait until you taste your seafood, no matter creamy seafood chowder, fish&chips, grilled shrimps, oysters, everything we ordered is unbelievably fresh... More

My best friend lives in Npt and we have been coming here for years! We get here early in the tourist months bc ever since it has been on Diners, Drive ins and Dives it has gotten very popular. They have great lobster dinners priced well, but skip the the corn on the cob for delicious green beans. They are... More

My husband and I ordered clams and fries. We were very pleased with our choice. Loved the whole bellied clam strips with fries.
