If I could give zero stars I would! 2 weeks in a row everything in my order was wrong! Ticket was correct, but whole order was wrong! I explained the situation last time I ordered and was very specific! Ask for a manager (what a joke)...I had to call like 10 x and once I spoke to them they were so rude..I couldn't believe my ears! He actually lied to me and said the receipt I was looking at said the complete opposite of what it actually said! I rather eat ramen at home then ever give them business again! Shame on you!More

We are a party of 4 dining on New Year's day. It's noon, the place is dead except for the bar. It's my first time here (probably my last, too!). Our server Carol brings our drinks, and takes our orders. I order a burger medium...rare. Simple enough, right? Somebody else brings the food. Here's my burger, it's got a medium rare marker on it, It's way, way past medium rare, past medium...I don't know, there's no pink or red at all. Doesn't even look like a burger, or taste like a burger. Our server never comes back 'til we get the bill. When she comes back, she says they don't do medium rare, i guess everything is well done here. It would have been nice if she said that when I ordered. Why do they have a medium rare marker then? I ate 1/2 the burger. Others liked their food. The service is definitely deserving of a terrible rating, and so was my burger.More

I was disappointed to read your review. That's not the typical experience for our guests. Hamburgers are one of our best selling items and serve 100’s per week to many weekly regular guests, we obviously did not handle yours in accordance with our standards. I...More

It was the first time I was in wicked bites and the restaurant was real clean and open spaced . The waitress was above average in all aspects . The food was on time and good . The food was served with a smile ....I had the steak and cheese which was excellent and my friend had a tuna melt that he loved . Definitely going back to that restaurantMore

I've been here quite a few times. Not 1x week or anything, but at least 20x maybe? It's just OK. The service is really spotty - like, REALLY spotty. We had an excellent waitress last visit, but the few visits immediately prior were average at...best. Some of the staff is downright rude, IMO. One of the employees that is often at the hostess stand is pretty rude. Bar service can be spotty. And the food is just average. There is nothing I've ever had here that is amazing or noteworthy. Literally, nothing. But it's pub fare and if you go in expecting average, you won't be disappointed. If you go in expected better than that, you will probably wish you dined off site.More

We always have either lunch or dinner here when visiting the casino. The menu is varied enough to satisfy everyone in our group. They have a value-priced lunch menu with soup-salad-sandwich options that's hard to beat for the price. The food has always been surprisingly...good for a large sports bar. We have found that the food arrives very quickly after ordering, even when crowded. They do not open until 12-noon, so if you arrive before that time, depending on if it's a weekday or weekend, there will be a small or quite large line-up of people waiting to get in; and with only one hostess seating each party, you might do better to arrive a bit after the rush.More

In the competition for a really good tasting burger, try the Wicked Good's Black Angus cheeseburger with fries. Suggest having it cooked Medium Rare to fully enjoy the juicy fresh beef flavor. Eat slowly and savor each bite. Not too hungry, try their weekday $7.95...lunch specials between Noon and 3 pm, Monday thru Thursday. For example, soup and a half sandwich with fries.More

This has become a must-stop everytime I visit Twin River Casino. The menu has variety and the food is good. The service is outstanding. Panoramic view overlooking the casino game floor. As far as casinos restaurants go, I like this one because it is not...VIP and not fast food. It hits me just right!More

We ate there before we went to the machines. The service was good. The mixed drinks were a little too high but the beer was priced right. The food came out good and hot. The Calamari was the best I had in a long time....I had the steak and cheese and there was plenty of steak and mushrooms in it. My friend had the the garden salad with chicken and that was also good.More

Waitress never returned after requesting more time to decide, after the other guests with me had only one drink we were told we were shut off the hostess when we complained about the service reported us to the manager as having insulted her, which he...then called an assault and called security on us. We exited quietly after a few good words never to return. The food was poor and the staff is atrocious.More

My husband and I go over to Wicked specifically to get the Yankee Dipper. It is a roast beef sandwich that is to die for. I have no clue how they do it but it is worth every bite. I can't tell you how anything...else is there (food wise) as this is the only item I have ever gotten. The staff is always very nice and the service is very quick.More
