We sat at the outside bar and had pizza and burgers and the pizza is some of the best pizza I've ever had. The crust is crispy all the way through and The Taste was just out of this world! I believe they have 4 different menus throughout the restaurant which gives a great variety if you're looking for something... More

I've been to Jamestown Fish a few times & it's wonderful! Professional service, lovely atmosphere & the food is delicious! I had the caprese salad to start every time & I love it! Delicious mozzarella! Last time I had the lobster & pasta which was flavorful & just scrumptious! They serve their yummy bread warm (a must for me to... More

Had some delicious oysters, sister had the fish soup that was fair, intense fish taste but nothing else discernible. Husband got scallops that were good, but sliced up to appear more plentiful than they really were. Nice, warm bread was very tasty. Best part of meal was a lemon polenta cake with almond cream for dessert. Homespun peach ice cream... More

A varied menu offering something for everyone. The menus differ, depending on where you are seated. The greatest variety is in the upstairs bar while the more limited menu is in the outside terrace. A pleasant evening

Although we'd been hearing mixed reviews of Fish lately, we decided to make a reservation because another couple wanted to meet us there. It was a Tuesday night so only the outdoor patio was open, but a call in advance assured us that a half dozen specials would be available as well as the outdoor more casual menu. We thoroughly... Based on a friend's recommendation, my husband and I visited Fish today at lunch for the first time. We sat outside, and were truly looking forward to a positive experience. In short, we will not go back. The service was slow, and the waitress inattentive. We had to flag down someone to refill our water, not once, but three times.... More

We were unable to eat here because they don't have high chairs. They clearly don't want business from families.

We dined in the inside part of this fairly new place. Outside has a busy bar and nice seating areas with a different menu and a pizza oven Inside there are some 10/12 white tablecloths tables , service is excellent and not too formal Food is geared to fish, as the name implies, but some other dishes are available. The... More

The first time I ate lunch here (three years ago) I chose the steak frites and it was delicious. I went again this summer and ordered the same thing. The steak arrived lukewarm and the fries were very average. My friends were not happy with the fish meals they ordered. Portions were all very small. To spend $27-35 for a... More

After eating at several high quality, high priced restaurants in the Newport area and being very pleased, I was very disappointed in Jamestown Fish. High prices, microscopic servings and an hour and a half wait until you got served. $19 crab appetizer amounted to 4 forkfuls of food . $32 scallop dinner amounted to 4 scallops and nothing else. The... More
