Took quite a while for menus to be brought over. Server really wasn't interested in us. When food was served, toasted bagel was burned, and came with butter. Didn't ask for butter, but waitress "oh, you didn't say dry", apparently, my bad. My co-diner's potatoes were cold, and the over easy eggs were VERY runny in the whites. Coffee refills... More

Heard good things about J P Spoonem's and decided to give it a try. The menu had a bunch of creative variations of traditional eggs benedict. There was something for everyone from savory to sweet. The service was super friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy. Looking forward to returning and working my way through the menu!

We discovered J P Spoonem's on the recommendation of a friend. I was there for Sunday brunch and had 20 min. wait as there is limited seating. I returned on Tuesday morning and was quickly seated. The menu is great with many choices. The prices are somewhat higher than some breakfast-lunch spots but the portions are very generous. The corned... More

I staple of each of my trips to Rhode Island. Fresh, delicious, creative, local sanctuary for those in the know. The staff is super friendly and I always feel welcome. This is the home of the best corned beef hash I've ever had. Seriously. I'd sell my husband for it. (Not much of a deal). But seriously, I Love this... More

Blows everyone out of the water! Fresh, friendly, delicious, this little joint is a love affair for those that love simple, creative food w no fuss. The corned beef hash- makes me tear up, the pancakes- better than mom's! Do yourself a favor and visit. It did agent crowded, so be aware of "rush hours".

After a long trip, we were looking for a breakfast place and JP Spoonem's came up on the GPS. This is a little corner store front but has great attitude inside. The service was outstanding. The menu claimed they have the best corned beef hash and eggs in RI. This is often an idle boast, but not this time. The... More

Just a small little place we found near Johnson and Wales university, but what a great find. We had lunch even though most of the reviews we read were about breakfast. They have what they call grilled wraps which are a cross between a wrap and a quesadillas and are awesome. Portions are large. Staff is super and very pleasant... More

Very, very friendly wait staff, I would go back just to have the same waitress. Ordered the hash, eggs, and home fries. The eggs were cooked perfectly, and the corned beef hash is the best I have ever had. The toast was excellent. Next time I am driving through I will definitely stop again. Only a few minutes off 95.
