Their Italian dishes are wonderful. Eggplant parmesan is the best. Macaroni is cooked al dente just the way I like it. Nothing fancy, but the food is great. The prices are very good and the portions are ample!

I went for lunch on Friday, 08/20/16, and had another great meal for my second visit. I live about a 1 1/2 hours away so I only get to go when in the area. Busy for lunch with, again, great specials. I had a hankering for polenta and, boy, was that a winner! Soft, creamy, topped with a flavorful, slightly... More

I'm fan of this place. Place has good portions, and a large variety of food on their menu. Yesterday afternoon I had the Chicken and Rabe over pasta. This location is a Post 2396, It has been around for years. They also have lunch available at this location. I recommend this place. Plenty of food to choose from. The other... More

If it's real traditional Italian food you want, this is the place. They have Italian specialties, on their menu, that you will probably never see anywhere else without a trip to southern Italy. Their polenta is the best I've ever had and I make pretty good polenta myself. The calamari (squid rings) were also fresh tasting and delicious and came... More

My husband and I look forward to Mike's kitchen. This is the only restaurant we've been to we enjoy. The food taste like home made and piping hot. I enjoy the polenta, stuffed artichokes, Veal parm, the list goes on. We never had a bad meal at Mike''s Kitchen. The salad is fresh and tasty. The prices are reasonable. A great... More

One of Cranston best kept secrets. This is where the locals meet and eat. The food is reasonable and delicious. I like the chicken dishes only $7.95 with a side of pasta. Appetizers are very good especially the snail salad, stuffed artichoke and calamari are all great choices. easy to find just in from Atwood Av. Also free parking, but... More

Classic and simple Italian dishes. This is the real deal you won't find at the pricey places on the hill. If you want to feel like you're really sitting in a kitchen and being taken care of, go to Mikes. Just remember, CASH ONLY!

A nice small restaurant that is family friendly. It has a nice varied menu but you can get most anything here. The service was fast and friendly and the food came out hot with good portions. you will like to go here and the specials are very good.
