Whenever I go there I always seem to get the baked stuff lobster it really good. My wife usually gets the broiled halibut. We haven't been there in quite a while I hope it's as good as I remember. We'll be going back soon.

My husband's boss thanked him for a job well done, and told him to take his wife out to dinner on the company...we chose The Lobster Pot in Bristol, RI. We dined there on Tuesday evening, the restaurant wasn't terribly busy, (in between crazy holiday weekends), and we were able to walk right in and be seated at a lovely... More
Location is beautiful and thats what you pay for. Our service was slow considering it wasn't all that crowded when we were there. Food was good but not spectacular. A bit pricey for what we got.
I have been to the Lobster Pot several times over many years and the quality of the food and service have been at the highest level on each of my visits. This has such a nice view of Bristol Harbor, you can watch the sailboats go by or the fishermen in their boats. The food was delicious, the portions were generous and the service was great! The outdoor piazza over the water was really nice and comfortable.
We ate on the patio for the view. We arrived around 6:30 and there was plenty of open tables. Maybe that should have been a clue. Great place! Nice outdoor patio with a great view over the water. Service was excellent - on the spot but not obtrusive. The scallops were the best I'v had in a long time. The lobster salad was fresh and tender. Even the hamburger was delicious. I would definitely put this on the A list.
