I've been here on two occasions... once sitting outside and once dining inside. Both were excellent in terms of both the food and the service. The outside patio is nice but very close to the road. It was sometimes loud and smelly from the passing cars and their exhaust. The view however is wonderful. Right by the river... Inside there... More

I've been coming here for 3 years on business and try to stop here at least one night for dinner. Sit at the bar and have great food and conversation, romantic tables with a view of the Delaware, or plenty of space for families too. The food...the best, but the burger is to die for.

As an initial matter, we had trouble finding a parking space. Of course, that can mean the place is popular, but it does mean walking. Upon entering the door, we were greeted by an attentive staff. The server "built up" the salad dressing as some special vinaigrette, but I found it rather bland. I could have passed on the radishes... More

The Yardley inn is and has been a special place for my family and friends for over 30 years. We recently held a memorial here for my brother and they were just incredible in not only meeting every need, but going over and beyond with true compassion. The fresh and creative menu, the kind and competent staff and the flexibility... More

We were looking for a place that served fish, and happened to see this restaurant online. So glad we checked it out, because the meal was sublime. Comfortable dining atmosphere, although the noise level can be a bit much at times. Very friendly wait staff. Fresh ingredients combine to make a perfect plate of food.

This pun is just down from the spot where Washington crossed the Delaware. We have been there twice and would go again. They have a great lunch/dinner menu. If you eat outside, it can get a bit noisy but the view of the Delaware is wonderful.

She is a vegetarian, I am not. Both of us were pleased with the selections on the early dining menu. My salmon was perfect and the serving was overly generous. My companion enjoyed every bite of her eggplant ravioli's. She also enjoyed the variety of Pennsylvania craft beers. Napoleon was attentive and we really enjoyed the ambiance. Looking forward to... We held a baby shower at the Yardley in in June 2016. I cant say enough nice things about the party planners and waitstaff. Everyone was incredibly accomodating and it was a pleasure. The food was good, not great but I have never eaten here for a non-large party. I would definitely host a private event again at the yardley... More

Been dining at the Yardley Inn for over 20 years. The food is consistently very good, always with fresh ingredients. The menu doesn't change very often and this could be improved. The ambience of a 200 year old Inn right on the Delaware River is wonderful. The bar is atmospheric albeit quite loud at times. Competent cocktails. Very popular with... More

First time for lunch at the Yardley Inn was worth the long ride from N.J. We had a selection of sandwiches which were all great. The Cole slaw was tangy and made with slivers of cucumbers instead of cabbage. The view of the Delaware River and the Inn's gardens along the river were lovely but across the road. The Inn... More
