Simply a standard Thai menu, good service and wonderful food. Comfortable interior and close to downtown hotels.

The food is fresh, the staff is friendly and the BYOB makes it so I always know I have the bottle of wine that I want to have. The Fishermen's soup with a cup of rice is an amazing lunch option and for dinner my favorite is the Hot Jungle. Be careful the spice is not for the weak of... More

The restaurant looked dirty there was a layer of dust and dirt along the walls and corners of the room and my friend broke open her calamari to cool it down and there was a large bug a flying ant or something similar inside it ...gross we walked out

My husband and I enjoy eating here. The food is always fresh and individually prepared on order. I love the spicy chicken and fried rice and my hubby is a huge fan of the drunken noodle. The atmosphere is pleasant and the couple who owns and operates it also serve you. They are so friendly and you will often see... More

My husband and I eat here at least once a month and every time it is just mouthwatering delicious! I have had different things on the menu and all of them have been excellent. My husband's favorite is the Chou Chee Duck. I can never pass up the Tom Yum soup. I swear I could eat that soup every day... More

I should state upfront that I'm not a huge fan of Thai cuisine. I enjoy it, but it's not at the top of my list. My partner, however, loves it so I have eaten at Joy Thai several times. The atmosphere is nothing special, but does have a cozy quality as the restaurant is not very big. The food is... More

This place is a gem. I've been there with small and large groups for dinner and lunch. I've never been disappointed. Apple and Nick (servers) are lovely. I usually ask for a little more spice. These cook and staff are from Thailand. You'll be disappointed if you'r looking for Chinese (with the added sugar and MSG's). The flavors are good... More

Joy Thai is a pleasant surprise in a city that is weak on Asian cuisine. The appetizers and salads are excellent. The entrees are all offered with choice of meat, shrimp or tofu and are generously sized. The quality has been consistently good and the atmosphere is pleasant.

The food is great. Thai as good as I've had anywhere. Don't bother to order ahead for take out. I think they wait until you arrive to get it ready. Long wait. There are generally young kids (probably family members) in the restaurant. Last visit they were eating donuts and playing on iPads. So, to summarize: Fabulous food but an... More
