We called for a take out order and they said 10 minutes. We were there within 8 and they had our two subs ready. Food is consistently good. Make sure you grab some iced tea in a carton, middleswarth bbq chips and Hershey's ice cream...while you're there.More

You blink, you miss it. The place is a little spot. But order food.... You will lick all your fingers. Add to that friendly service... And you have a neighborhood gem. Fantastic food!

Stopped in today for lunch while in town. When you're hungry for a real sub this is the place! Their cheesesteaks are the best around (extra cheese, light sauce- try it I promise you'll love it!) They have so many cold subs to choose from...and everything is made to order so it's always fresh. They have bags of chips available if you want or try their cajun fries, we love them. They're not actually spicy cajun, just a bit of seasoning compared to regular fries.More

We were driving north on 81 and were looking for somewhere to stop for lunch other than traditional fast food. Saw this spot and took a chance. Had fabulous chicken cheese steak sandwiches. Been there since 1978. Clearly a spot that locals know and love.

So passing thru we thought being in Pennsylvania we could find an original cheesesteak made right and we sure did!! We had been spoiled by the ones in philly and Delaware when we lived there and if you want the real deal in quaint neighborhoods...Deli stop here end of story!!More

Ate here on a quick lunch break from work recently. This is an order from the counter - no frills kind of place but they make up for any perceived lack of atmosphere with exceptional subs. The Italian was wonderfully - and very large. It’s...not fancy but well worth a visit if you have a sandwich in mind. There is limited seating to one side - the rest of the building is a working deli/ market.More

Philadelphia Subs is an institution. They've been making great subs for over 35 years. My favorite is the C!

Ok, I must admit, the place looks like a dive. But it is actually a wonderful local sub shop! We were pleasantly surprised by delicious huge subs, very clean eating and prep area, and spotless bathrooms! The subs were really good. My husband got a...Supreme Italian and I got a Meatball with provolone. We each ate our fill, and brought enough home with us for a another meal. We also got fun, different sodas, not the common everyday. Would definitely recommend this establishment.More

First, they don't even acknowledge my wife and father-in-law for about fifteen minutes, as they waited at the counter to pick up their order. Then, one of their associates shouts at us and accuses my father-in-law of lying about being ignored and waiting so long....What was most infuriating about the whole ordeal was the fact that they manager just stood there, dumbfounded and unapologetic, as this associate screamed at my father-in-law and I. What a lovely way to treat long-time regular customers.More
