After taking in a show at The Kirby Center, a friend and I decided to seek a place to eat instead of pushing through crowds and sitting in traffic. We walked a short distance and noticed this place, so we walked in (around 10:30PM). Although they allow smoking, it was well ventilated which made the smoke hardly noticeable (I will... More

I've visited here multiple times. I've mostly gotten the wings--they are huge, perfectly cooked and there are many flavors to choose from. The sauce comes on the side and you can get how ever many you want. If you want the sauce tossed with the wings I believe they charge you ,59. The Philadelphia cheese steak fries are awesome! Service... More

This bar / restaurant is conveniently located near the Kirby Center. Our party of six arrived shortly after 6pm with what we thought was plenty of time for some drinks and appetizers before our 8pm concert. There were plenty of open tables when we arrived, and our drink orders were taken within a reasonable amount of time. After our initial... More

Ok so friends and I came here before a concert. We ordered food and we waited, and waited and wait for it, we waited some more. Over an hour wait to get food when the bar is not slammed is uncool. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!

Bottle Necks is near the public square in Wilkes-Barre. They offer great specials such as a dozen clams for $2.99. I've been there three times and had delicious wings, French onion soup a burger and fries. The prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is pleasant with a background of 70'-80's music. The staff is amicable efficient!

The website and menu make it appear this is a go to spot, but a visit changes all that. The wings I had were good until the last one which was close to raw, a large mistake. The salad I had was fresh but again nothing special. The service was lackluster at best for a noon time stop and I... More

A nice pub / restaurant, conveniently located near the hotel we stayed at. They had a good selection of beers and a reasonable selection of pub food. When we went, it was a holiday weekend, so it wasn't very crowded. I don't know what it's like when the local college is in session. All in all though, it was a... More

Chef did an excellent job, had a great burger, small salad, and also a small order of hot wings, tossed in hot Buffalo-style sauce. These were the crispiest wings I've had and they nailed it (some places undercook wings which makes them greasy & terrible, though this place "gets it", nice job!). Bartender was attentive & friendly, though wished she... More
