Came tonight as we found this on TripAdvisor and we were not disappointed. Don't let the neighborhood fool you; this is a high end restaurant. Everything is delicious and they have a huge (extended) back patio where we could keep our distance while enjoying our...food and drinks. We also enjoyed the music, nice atmosphere. This was a Tuesday early evening; I'm guessing weekends must be packed.More

Had the Sea Bass with Sun Dried Risotto tonight. In a word, WONDERFUL. Very flaky, cooked perfectly. Sun dried Risotto was very good. Too bad it's only a special. A definite must.

Visited this place on Saturday. Don't let the neighborhood deter you. Lovely setting for outdoor dining. I had the Seafood Salmon which was very good. My boyfriend had the NY Strip Steak with Blue Cheese and Seafood Special. The Steak served was not a NY...Steak. It was more of a London Broil. For the money we paid for this cheaper cut of meat, I would have to say, it just wasn't worth the money. I have to give it a average score because while one meal was very good the second just didn't "cut the beef" I would consider going back but not if I order one thing and pay a handsome price for it then receive less then a mediocre quality cut of meat.More

We had the pleasure of dining this past weekend. Upon arrival we knew we choose the right place. The owner greeted us and we felt like we were regulars feeling like Cheers. The eggplant appetizer was probably the best food I ever had. Filet special...was to die for crab meat like real crab meat. Great conversation great food fantastic cocktails found our new go to in Wilkes BarreMore

My husband and I ate at Cork this weekend rather spontaneously, as we had other plans in W-B and found ourselves still there at dinnertime. Following TripAdvisor reviews, we went to Cork and they actually got us in. We arrived at 5:30 and it was...already very busy. The downstairs is very tight - only 6-7 tables, but the upstairs is more spacious and that's where we sat. The only problem we had was that it is VERY DARK in there! We were not the only table using our cell phone flashlights to read the menus or see our food. Cork -please add more lighting. Our meals were quite good despite us not being able to see them! I had the seafood gratin and my husband had the short ribs. Our cocktails were also excellent, if pricey. Service was a bit slow, but our waitperson was still attentive and updated us.I recommend Cork - just bring a flashlight with you!More

It’s not often I write reviews but cork is deserving. Everything was a solid 10. A meal for two was more affordable than expected with the fresh quality of ingredients.

We picked a great spot for our Valentine's Dinner. Although we were unable to dine on Valentine's day we were thrilled to see the Valentines menu was still available on Saturday. We started with the Seafood Strudel which was filled with shrimp, scallops and cheese...to...die for!!! We then had the filet with the crab, it was so tender I didn't need a knife and my partner had the crab and shrimp in homemade noodles.. also great!! We followed with a piece of homemade coconut cake, save room for dessert here it is very fulfilling!! Can't wait to return, top notch service food and drinksMore

We went here for a birthday dinner and the food was excellent. My husband got the Morrocan chicken which was amazing. I got the shrimp and grits which were good. The grits were overcooked. The martinis were great. I would DEFINITELY go back here again.

The short ribs was awesome. The seafood strudel with lobster sauce was so so tasty. Great wine list and the peanut butter cake was over the top. Great service everyone was so friendly. We will definitely return.

Hi there! If you look on the Cork Menu, it states that Gluten Free, Vegan and Vegetarian options are available upon request. It would be my recommendation to call the restaurant at 570-270-3818 to see what vegan options... More
