I have eaten at Griddle 145 many times over the years! The food is extremely good made with fresh and local ingredients. The last time I ate there was for breakfast. I had their waffle with fresh strawberries. It was light and delicious. I did...not feel sluggish as all after I ate it as I usually do at other restaurants. Definitely get the "real" maple syrup although you do have to pay extra for it.More

3 days in a row we were in the area for dr visits. We really enjoy their breakfast. My favorite is the Blueberry Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. My husband liked his HUGE Monte Christo. Service is very good and friendly.

This visit had good and not so good on our breakfast visit. Good was a clean restaurant and a pretty creative menu that had interesting options. The Ranchero Short Rib Hash was tasty and had a decent amount of food on the plate. Not so...good was an unpleasant hostess, French Toast that did not match the menu description, and customers held to a higher mask standard than employees. The value for the price is decent. Service was ok. I had expected better based on the ranking. I deducted one star due to the hostess.More

Stopped in for a post-workout meal and I was not disappointed. Had Gabe’s Melt Sandwich (Eggs, bacon, spinach, tomato, and cheese on sourdough). It was moist and delicious and not something you can get anywhere else. The menu is full of gems like this.

My son and I visited this restaurant on a Saturday morning. The breakfast offerings were varied and appeared yummy. We decided to order two breakfasts and share. We ate a delicious farm scrambler that was loaded with fresh vegetables and topped with Gouda cheese. Our...other choice was bananas Foster French toast - as yummy as it sounds! My son enjoyed the place so much that he took two of his friends there a couple of days later. His one friend had huevos rancheros. She really enjoyed it! The portions are generous and the service was great. Not to mention the reasonable price.More

Had the blueberry lemon ricotta cheese pancakes and a order of bacon. Pancakes were delicious. The Bacon crispy but not over fried. The coffee was also very good.

I'm sorry. How is this place not more famous? With so many mediocre to decent (at best) diners around the Lehigh Valley, this place is way ahead of the curve. I went for breakfast and was so impressed with everything about this place. First, I'd...like to say it's clean and spacious. The waitress was very pleasant and attentive. The coffee was exceptional. Backyard Beans makes them a custom blend just for this restaurant. The food was high quality and I loved it! The breakfast potatoes were scrumptious, Gabe's Breakfast Melt was delicious and I splurged on some blueberry lemon ricotta pancakes that were absolutely fantastic. I was so impressed that they offer real maple syrup and for only $1.50. I found the pricing to be comparable to diners so really it's an excellent value, too. All in all, I thought my experience at Griddle 145 was outstanding. I truly don't know how I haven't heard of this place before.More

We stopped here for a weekday brunch with friends and it was delicious! We tried omelets and pancakes and loved both! They had a great selection on the menu, we will be back to try more things!
