This restaurant was recommended by a hotel staff member and was great. The food servings size was huge and served hot and fresh. A great salad bar was included with dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The prices were excellent. What more would you want. We will be back.

Whatever we order at New City View Diner has been very good and large portions. And, in addition to the menu items, there is a salad bar with a large variety of fresh items.

Not too many places can offer inexpensive breakfast. Two people coffee, toast, 2 eggs, homefries, onions and bacon for about $15 with tip. HOWEVER you do get what you pay for. Valentines Day DISASTER! Home fries, bacon and onions PRE MADE. Asked for well done and were NOT, well done. Offered a refire and I tried to eat it as... More

This place is hoppin'! Came for breakfast at about 10:30 am on a Saturday. It was pretty busy but we were seated immediately and the waitress was attentive. The omelets we ordered were awesome! Coffee was good. Would definitely love to return for lunch when I am in the area again! Prices are very reasonable and we had great service.

I love the opportunity when I can get breakfast any time of the day. I love the omellets, Eggs Benedict, and the huge pancakes. Their Rueben sandwich and pierogies always beckon me to return. The early bird dinners are a real treat and budget saver. You also can get the salad bar free as well. Go past anytime around midnight... More

We sent one person ahead to get our names on the waiting list and by the time the rest of us arrived, we only waited a couple of minutes before being seated (there were 10 of us). The service was great, the meal delicious. City View is the favorite restaurant of my host who lives in the area.

I hadn't been to this diner in several years and my mom was in the mood for meatloaf and mashed potatoes. Wanting to try a different diner than the one we usually frequent, we decided to go to New City View. I was impressed by the variety in the menu; from burgers to home style meals, to Italian pasta dishes.... More

At one time was my favorite diner in the area; not sure when the change in food occurred, (A lot more grease and slop on the plate). Low cost breakfast menu; homemade pie and cake slices available. Best to wear gloves when going to the bathroom (if you have them)! The diner draws a lot of retired people, so background... More
