Last night a group of seven of us ate at Martin's. We came from different states to bury a family member & just wanted a nice place to eat and relax. Martin's far exceeded our expectations. We all had something different - veal, chicken, crab cakes, fish & all were excellent. Martin is an amazing and creative chef. I don't... More

Hazleton and West Hazleton have a reputation as run-down towns, but they are trying to pick themselves up and evolve. Martin's Restaurant, perhaps unintentionally, is leading the charge! It is an absolutely perfect little restaurant offering a calm atmosphere, great food, friendly service, and charming staff. If anything can help the Hazleton area enhance its' image it is this kind... More

I always look to Trip Advisor when traveling for business and this was spot on. Not crowded at 7:30, amazing music, delicious food and outstanding staff who made my night. Shrimp and crab dumplings with Singapore sauce was delicious with a spicy punch. Lemon tart was a 5 star dessert. Keep up the good work!

While passing through the area we stumbled upon this great little place. An interesting menu, very good food. It's run by a husband and wife team who seem to enjoy their work. Martin is the chef/owner and takes great pride in his business. I highly recommend this restaurant.

My wife and I come here for my birthday every year! The food is amazing and the staff is so lovely! The decor is so quaint and "villa" like...Martin's wife Jane did the paintings on the walls and sometimes his son is a guest chef! You can't forget the fact that it is a BYOB place, which is so wonderful!... More

We were traveling on 81 South and decided it was time for dinner. So we found Martin's by chance. We ordered lentil soup, arugula salad, Caesar salad with chicken and the Grilled Chicken Balsamico. All very delicious. This is a BYOB restaurant and it was fun to watch all the other patrons bringing in their bottles of wine and enjoying... More

I've been to Martin's several times. They never disappoint. The atmosphere is quaint, service is on point, and food is delicious. I'm usually a fan of chicken franchaise or crab cakes. For lunch, the crab cake sandwich is also delightful. It's BYOB, in the event you want to bring some wine. One word of caution to those who don't like... More

Everything about this visit was wonderful! The staff was welcoming and attentive to my needs. The food was top notch. I had swordfish, arugula salad, baby carrots and potatoes. Everything was prepared and seasoned quite well, very tasty.
