A little bit about Aurora... Aurora uses only the freshest local produce, meat, poultry, eggs and products whenever possible. We pride ourselves in making everything from scratch from our dough to our meatballs. We support our communities, schools, police, fire department, YMCA and many other charities. What a cute place that serves really good pizza if you like a hand tossed crust and fresh toppings. We started outside and a storm appeared. The staff did their best to seat us inside before our food was delivered in a very crowed restaurant. Our salads were full and rich with wonderful items. Our drinks were frosty cold. It was reasonably priced. I look forward to having pizza again. If a friend hadn't suggested this place I would have never stopped by. It looks like a cute cafe, not an amazing pizzeria.

Terrific pizza

They have take out down to a T during the pandemic. Marked parking spots, online ordering and quick contactless delivery to your car. Happy to see them keeping busy during the pandemic. We love the pizza-thin crusted and always cooked nicely,unique specialty pizzas.

Excellent Pizza!

We were there at a time when the staff was overwhelmed but our server did the best he could under the circumstances ... and we appreciated that effort. We ordered a marguerita pizza and it was excellent. The restaurant was very nice but , with a plain floor (wood?), it was a bit noisy. The menu seemed to have a good supply of vegetarian options. We will go again when we are in the area.

Cardboard pizza. Very disappointed.

I've read the other reviews of Aurora, and unfortunately, my experience did NOT live up to my expectations. Ordered a classic, simple pepperoni pizza. While the smell was great upon picking it up, my reaction changed to complete disappointment upon opening the box and tasting it. Crust was a pre-made, frozen version. Tasted a little bit better than cardboard. DEFINITELY NOT hand-made or hand-tossed. Machine made and machine rolled, at best. I would have been much better served going to the nearby grocery store and picking up their cheapest frozen pie. I took leftovers to work the next day, and my coworkers even commented how bad the crust looked. (Yes, I still ate it, as calories are calories.) There are other options that serve truly hand-made and hand-tossed dough. I suggest you avoid Aurora and find one of those.

Best kept secret

Arora Pizza Kitchen is a local gem! Food and service were great! Live that it’s a BYOB and it’s great any night of the week! My husband had one of the specials; I had beet salad with blackened salmon; two kids dinners for the grands, chicken cheesesteak for my son in law and my daughter had a veggie burger! All of the food was well prepared and the wait staff was efficient ! Another fine meal!!

Nothing more than an average pizza

Will never spend another $ in this place. Over-rated and over priced. There are not many alternatives in the area for locals which is why some positive reviews exist. It's very loud but the young kids do work hard. Definitely nothing more than an OK pizza and wouldn't suggest that you go out of your way.

Service was excellent and the food was great! I love how they put fresh water on every table. The started salad was beyond fresh and portions were nice.

I could not tell you how may times I've eaten there, always very good. I had Aurora(Jim) cater my sons wedding rehearsal dinner for 35 people, at my house.It was out of this world,very reasonable ,plenty of food, salads, breads, appetizers,guests were commenting endlessly .I highly recommend Aurora's

The environment was family friendly. Parking is not an issue. Clean restaurant with quick service. We would definitely return next time we are in the area.

From the ice cold decanter of water to the pizzas, salads with warm bread & entrees, we are never disappointed with our order. I especially love their house salad (I usually add grilled shrimp) with their dressing. My husband loves to order his own personal pizza. We've also had delicious entrees which are always very good!

Excellent, varied menu. Little privacy in the place. Service is usually adequate, but food is quite good. The french fries are awesome as is their pear and brie panini

Great food

Went for dinner with my dad as it was in between where we stay. Located in a strip shopping center, the outside looks clean, and the inside looks pretty good as well. We were seated against the wall next to some other tables. It was fairly noisy and the sound was bouncing off everything, so it was difficult to have a conversation. The server was nice, and the food tasted pretty good. Dad had the pasta and I had oven fired pizza, both of which came out perfectly as requested.

This time we ordered take out. The Sicilian pizza was fantastic. The sticky wings are perhaps the best tasting wings any where. If you don’t see them on the menu, just ask. This is a great BYOB with great food, or take out. The salad is awesome too!
