Our family recently held a baby shower at the Dilworthtown Inn for a small party of 17. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate us, allowing us to change rooms when it became apparent that some in our party couldn't climb steps. The room was cozy enough so that even though we were at different tables, we were "all together."... More

Just had Thanksgiving dinner there with our boys. Four of us total. The atmosphere is very nice, very Chester County. The food was just ok, not what I expected for the money we spent. The place is not what it was years ago.

This is a local old favorite for most that have dined here. Great and romantic for couples, celebrations, work parties, any occasion.

We love Dilworthtown Inn. Have gone there for our anniversary no less than 5 times. Service is outstanding. The menu is traditional American fare so if you like that kind of cuisine it is perfect. The Ceaser salad made table side is a must. You also can't go wrong with steaks.

I had not been for a while. I went with a group of fellow board members for a holiday dinner. The space is lovely. It has always been such a treat to go there where it is five star food and service. BUT- this time my lobster & filet combination was cold, my meat overdone. The only warm part of... More

Hadn't been there for a while but I was looking forward to our New Years Eve dinner. It was one of the few places without a fixed price menu and I had fond memories of eating here. The service is very slow - it takes a while before any drinks make it to the table. The mushroom soup had wonderful... More

We had an early evening reservation. A nice young lady greeted us and helped check our coats. We sat next to the fireplace which was perfect on this cold evening. Our server was Pat, she was terrific. We thought the service was excellent and our food was hot and well prepared. We have had many wonderful evenings here through the... More

The service was slow with really lame food. I am not sure what happened to this restaurant but stay away. There are so many more options in Chester county that this one is permanently off the list.

Whatever the occasion go elsewhere. This place survives on a reputation that has long since faded. You'll get far better food at any Pub, and faster service at an undertakers. We went there for "Thanksgiving", a day when the Inn should have been at its very best. It was dreadful, from tardy reception to mass produced reheated tedious food that... More

Arrived for a 7:30 dinner reservation. We were greeted immediately and shown to our table. We sat for about 15 minutes before a waiter took our drink order. I also asked for a wine list. That took about 10 more minutes. I ordered a bottle of Malbec and about 30 minutes later was told they were "out" and offered a... More
