For a small town, this place has very good sandwiches, bread, scones, coffee, and many other things. The staff is friendly and the food is good.

There is a nice variety of sandwich son the menu and I have tried several different ones. All have been good and served with a smile. But all visitors should be aware of the downside to The Flying Cow and that is their bake goods. If you are on a diet and need a reduction in temptation avoid this place.... More

We were in town for a couple days and drove around looking for some places to eat. We stopped here to get some pastries. There was only one person dealing with the customers and a long line that kept getting longer. They had some nice looking baked goods with no prices. I, personally, will not buy anything if i have to... More

The service is always pleasant. My sandwiches are always up to par. The atmosphere inside is a little snug but the decorations make it feel like home. I always love what I order but dislike the small space inside.

After several visits over the past several years I can give the Flying Cow an average rating. The baked goods are good, but not exceptional, I much prefer other bakeries as this one isn't really over the top and doesn't come close to beating good home baking/cooking.

I do not know how this is number one unless its for the bakery. I'm not trying to give the flying cow a bad review I'm just calling into question the number 1 rating. Thier baked goods are very good but in my opinion the sandwiches are just average. Not bad just average. That's being said I would still tell... More

Delicious! Fresh-baked goods and delicious sandwiches are their specialty. Also, watch for their chicken barbecue !

Great place to go and enjoy lunch, dinner or sweets. My favorite are the chocolate chip collies and sticky buns. Cute little cafe but when it's nice outside you can also sit outside.
