Tried Chicken Pad Thaj Noodle 6 years ago and it was disappointing. I was expecting to taste like the Pad Thai of Spicy Saigon in NYC. Thai Orchid Pad Thai is very dry and lacking flavor. Giving Thai Orchid a 2nd chance today by ordering...Sweet and Sour chicken, Chicken Pad Thai, Beef Pad Thai, Pineapple Fried Rice with Chicken, Green Curry Chicken, Papaya salad, Satay salad, Tom Kha and sweet sticky rice. Hubby was very disappointed with Chicken green curry, sweet and sour chicken and pad Thai noodles. Most of the dishes were watered down if not tasteless or lacking some spice. Not the some authentic Thai dishes we've grown to like in NYC. The Tom Kha was watered down coconut milk and filled with mushroom. It didn't have the tart/salty/sweet flavor. It was missing cilantro, red jalapeño, lemongrass and red Thai curry paste. However, I liked the Papaya salad and sweet sticky rice. Hubby will redo the sweet and sour chicken, green curry chicken and Tom Kha tomorrow. The Pad Thai noodles will need some fixing as well. Cashier was cordial.More

One of the best restaurants in town! I have some food snobs in the family and this is one of the few places that everyone has a favorite dish. I like that you can get dishes with low spice or ones that really kick you...in the taste buds.More

Amazing Thai restaurant perfectly located right off Main Street in Stroudsburg! Food is always 'on point' and atmosphere is the best. HIGHLY recommend, you will love it!!!!

Stopped by for a late lunch. Food was excellent (Drunken Noodles and Vegetable stir fry). Service was quick and attentive. Nothing fancy inside and a bit small, but we were going for the food, which did not disappoint.

Our host at Maurrocks B&B recommended this restaurant and they did not disappoint. We shared the chicken satay as an appetizer and shared the green chicken curry as a main course. Both were excellent. The spice on the curry was very good, nice heat and...the vegetables were cooked very nicely. The eggplant in this dish was especially good and not mushy. We ordered the brown rice which was a mix of brown and red rice. This added a nutty flavor to the meal. Good service and reasonable price. This is the best Thai we have had outside of Thailand. If in Stroudsburg, PA be sure to give it a try.More

it's a family owned Mom's -u feel so comfortable , the daughter works as cashier/ waitress everything the mom and brother are the cooks the mom came out to meet and greet very Humble polite simple human being we were just driving around and decided...to get a bite didn't regret we had the thai fish cakes, drunken chicken rice, crab fried rice made with FRESH CRAB MEAT YUMMY! Curry puffs with chicken are excellent, little pillows, chicken plus veggies, 3 to an order, reheat well in the oven as an appetizer, always buy 6-8 orders as they keep well for a good week, worth every penny considering to make the dough and the...filling. Tried another appetizer, crying tiger, medium, good serving of beef, plated with the Romaine plus cuke slices, poured sauce over meat to marinade it a bit, very good flavors. Tom Kha, got a quart, 2 nice bowls of excellent broth, lots of chicken, plus fresh veggies-mushrooms, tomato. I would get more than 1 quart next time. (20 miles drive to get to the restaurant so we stock our frig) Fast and friendly service, call ahead to save time, parking spaces in front of restaurant which is always a plus.More

This is the most delicious, consistent Thai restaurant...anywhere really. This time we did take out. So nice - so convenient and like I said delicious. This location was a short walk from my hotel and offers great Thai food. I had the Pad Thai, Satay and Thai Iced Tea. All was great, hot and plenty. My coworker had the Drunken Man and also found it to be very good.

We ordered chicken satay which was delicious and definitely not dried out like other places. The drunken noodle with chicken was moist and delicious. I also ordered drunken noodle with shrimp was very happy to see five large fresh shrimp cooked perfectly! Also got a...quart of evil jungle Curry which was off the hook! Very flavorful.
