3 Star lunch, 5 star dinner. Soup at lunch should be served hot unless it is a cold soup. The foie gras appetizer was excellent. 5 Star dinner venison was outstanding and melted in your mouth. The service was excellent and overall a great dining...More

Busy Friday night. Arrived 8:15 and did not get entree until 9:45. Obviously kitchen can not keep up. Quality not commensurate with price. Too bad. State College needs more upscale restaurants. This is not one of them.

Decent place for a bit more formal dinner in the student town. it had bad WiFi though... but that can be good for some. They offer nice wine as well.

Joined Zola for lunch and they did not disappoint. The menu is very refined, offering several interesting twists to old standbys. Decor and food are both top notch.

Other than this place trying to hard to be a hip NYC style eatery, this is the second best place to eat in State College (behind only Happy Valley Brewery). In particular, get the red snapper…some of the best fish you will ever eat.

I went there for a business dinner the other night, the food was excellent, the service was excellent but very pricy for State College. Yes, this is best restaurant in town by far. Only negative is always the parking. My filet was perfect, just as...More

We were in State College for a family graduation and we had dinner the night before at Zola's. The food was very good - the red snapper being a speciality. The wine list did not include higher end wines, but it is a college town,...More

You can bring your dog if outdoor dining is available. Best to call and reserve an outdoor table and let them know you are bringing your well behaved dog. I saw a weimaraner on the patio when I was walking by a couple of... More
