Extremely good food. The brats, burgers and sandwiches, and perogies are all particular favorites. Have interesting less generic options than your typical menu. Delicious vegetarian sandwich. Good seating capacity.

This is one of our standby places for dinner in State College. They have a good selection of salads, deli style sandwiches, and also several German-style specialties (the Jagerschnitzel for example...very good). They also have a good selection of draft beers and a full bar....More

We are townies. Eat here periodically. I usually order the Jaegerschnitzel or chicken piccata. Food is fresh and well prepared. Menu has some German style as well as American style dishes. Recommended.

This is my third review of this place since 2013. It used to be moderately acceptable. Not any more. Mediocre to bad at all points.

An early Friday nite meal. Had reservations but did not need them. Place was not that busy at 530pm but did begin to fill up as we ate. Still a bit noisey with several patrons at the bar. Nice decor but not much to soak...More

We have not been here in a while. We had pierogi's for an appetizer a rare burger and chicken parmesan. Delicious. The restaurant was packed, wrestling was to come. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Second visit in a one year period. This was better than the last. Our server was very attentive, pleasant and courteous. We had a lot of questions and he made sure every single one got answered. Burger and salad were good, but not a fan...More
