Wow it's worth it. So many flavors to choose from. Well stocked with to go ice cream. Get the passport to stamp all the choices. I didn't know how much other food they had. Plenty of seating.

Great ice cream....changed the way they ask you to get your order once you paid and I don't like the new system. Scoopers seem tired and need to realize they are repping the university! I am a PSU grad and I want to feel your energy! Hopefully, it was just a loong day for your team!

My wife and I stopped here during a visit to Penn State. We both said we had the best ice cream of our lives, and we're pretty old. The price for what you get is very reasonable. We had lunch, but it was a very ordinary sandwich. The ice cream is the star!

Just visited 2 weeks ago. Flavors are plentiful, as usual. Scoops are large, but you still cannot mix flavors. Prices have gone up a little, but they are still reasonable. Really good cheeses and yogurt as well. Still a treat after all these years since graduation.

Great ice cream; very reasonably priced; wish there was short term parking nearby. Most of the tables were taken by single students studying but we found a spot. Definitely a must-stop when visiting Penn State

The lines here can be long, but it's worth the wait, and it moves very quickly. They have a system set up where you first tell how many cones or cups you want and pay. Next step is to tell the designated person what flavors you want in said cone/cup. Last step is to pick up your cone/cup of deliciousness!... More

It's where Ben and Jerry learned how to make ice cream. My personal favorite is Alumni Swirl - vanilla ice cream with blueberry swirl. Yum yum yum.

Berkey Creamery is the unique ice cream shop which is a must to visit. Your visit to State College will not count if you did not try to taste the ice cream. The most delicious assortment to chose from. Enjoy it while you are in PSU.

We dropped our daughter off for her junior year and hit the creamery before our trip home. We bought cones to enjoy and ice cream and chocolate milk to bring home. Staff is friendly and quick. No line to our surprise.

Thank Ann F
