I have been here many times both on my own and bringing bus groups of travelers. I have NEVER heard anyone complain about the ice cream. It is made here and of the highest quality. The butter pecan is the best I've ever eaten, huge...pecans in amazing ice cream. The sandwiches, made to order are high quality and very filling. Again, I've had these on my own as well as serving them to bus groups. The shopping is wondeful, clean, well-organized and friendly, helpful staff. CarolMore

Ordered a six-inch Italian hoagie. It was made very quickly. Fresh and delicious! Bought some Cheddar cheese curds to take home. They are very tasty too.

Stopped for a pint of butter pecan ice cream on the way to our vacation. Fresh flowers, sandwiches, spices, baked good, dairy, and more. It was nice to sit a spell on the covered porch!

If in the area, I definitely would take advantage of their excellent milk and dairy products. I stopped by for a to-go lunch but the sub (though very well wrapped as to keep it from getting prematurely soggy) was just too bland. I think if...it was on more flavorful bread that would go a long way. Towards the back are lots of Amish-type candies that will surely satisfy your sweet tooth. Plenty of parking and a separate area to sit and eat if you want to stay a bit. Overall they did a great job.More

The positives: the store was clean, the staff was efficient, the inventory of goods was huge. The negative: the main reason for our stop was ice cream. Our expectations were high since the appearance of the business looked like a family operation. We were thinking...that the ice cream was going to have very few ingredients in it and that it would be of high quality with a full of rich flavor. ( as in fat, plenty of heavy cream ) That was not the case and butter pecan and salted caramel truffle didn’t come close to our hope & desires. There were ingredients added for reasons unknown and the ice cream seemed like milk or maybe 2% milk was the only featured dairy item in the recipe.More

This restaurant is worth your time to stop if you like deli and bulk food. They also make home made ice cream. Delicious. Candy selection makes you crazy! Desserts like home made pies and sticky buns. Subs are freshly made and they make their buns!...Now they have added a place to sit and eat or eat outside on a nice day. Prices are great for the quality. Good service and spotlessly clean. Somerset friendly! Stop in!!More

So clean, atypical foods and homemade breads with the array of spices that will leave you dizzy. Try the homemade subs, ice crease (soft and frozen equally good). Renovations occurring now and it appears they will be expanding. Good luck Moo!

A very nice Amish grocery store with great selections of spices, snacks, candy, homemade ice cream, dry goods and bakery items. Very nice deli where you can get great tasting deli meats and cheeses. Everything is fresh and tasty.

Normally we stop here to buy spices, chocolate, bread, and soap, but this time I tried the Italian Hoagie. It was very good and generous for under four dollars. A little less mayonnaise on the bun for next time. They slather it on.
