Passing through (or anywhere near) Lancaster, we have to stop at Dutch Haven to pick up at least one shoo-fly pie. This is not a restaurant; rather, a store of souvenirs, foodstuffs (especially preserves) and baked goods. Besides the signature shoo-fly, they also have apple, peach and seasonal berry pies. Our only disappointments were a cup of flat root beer... More

As other reviewers have noted, this is a store not a restaurant. A long time ago this used to be a restaurant and now the only food sold is shoo fly pie and root beer (on occasion). They do give free samples of the shoo-fly pie to all visitors so it is worth the stop if you want to sample... More

The best place to buy Shoo Fly Pie. Tried the others they do not compare. Also some great local souvenirs, but you need to go next door for a restaurant

Have heard my Mom talk about my Great Aunt and my Grandmother making shoefly pie but have never seen or tasted it so this was my chance. We bought two to take home( we are in an RV and could refrigerate them) they are packaged up nicely. They keep two weeks on counter and one month in refrigerator or can... More

This is still listed as a restaurant it's not. They do give you a taste of the very good shoo-fly pie that made them famous but it is a furniture/gift shoppe.

Reminds me of my gramma! The pie was good and at $10 for a whole buy it was worth the visit! Would recommend to anyone as all the baked good were good!

The best shoe fly pie in the area. My son try's them all. We always stop and bring a pie home. He makes it last for 2 weeks. Wish they made a gluten free one.

This store is well worth the visit. Lots of beautiful locally made items, touristy things and delicious Sho-Fly Pie. (they chase you down to give you a sample) :)

A must try is the shoefly pie. This place has a lot of character and the individuals who run it are nice, polite, and funny. They give you a piece of pie to taste with whip cream. The kids loved it here.

Just past Miller's restaurant is Dutch Haven. A great souvenir shop with a great variety of t shirts ,ball caps, shot glasses and key chains at very reasonable prices. Looked everywhere for souvenirs this was our next to last stop and they have everything you can imagine in this store.
