Average food. Wings were barely or very sparsely (minimally) covered with coatings /sauce and way over fried. Ravioli was mediocre. Appear to be a busy place judging from the number of cars in the lot. Doing a brisk take out business.
My favorite local pizza place is closed on Monday so I thought I'd give Paolo's another try, its been 3 years since I ordered here, stopped going because something was never right. I even ordered online, but once again, my order was missing a sandwich....The food I did get wasn't bad, but will never return for lack of attention to detail and willingness to make a mistake right. No offer to return my money either.More
Having been a regular for some time it’s very sad to see a Restaurant that had been a well run and had a solid following to a business that shows profits before quality and good service I was denied good service due to my low...tipping and was told by the owners son ZAK I can expect poor service I come from the UK were Tripps are given on the service provided A new pizza and Restaurant has opened close that has excellent food with excellent service and has attracted many of There customer base Please also allow me to add there best bartenders have leftMore

Decades of fabulous everything is Paolo’s reputation! His unique style and fabulous hands on approach is legendary! Wife and partner, Annie makes this local eatery one you will return to over and over!
I haven’t been at Paolo’s since they have remodeled . Well , it wasn’t worth the money I spent . The spaghetti and meatballs that was ordered came out cold , We told our server and they did take it back and heated it up....I don’t mind paying for good food , but when your food is cold ,I won’t be coming back . $16 for spaghetti and meatballs is a little salty. The Sicilian Pizza was good . There are a lot of Italian /Pizza shops in Berks County and this place is at the bottom of the list .More

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry to read that your visit with us was not a great one. Our prices haven’t changed since 2017. Our spaghetti with meatball entree is priced at $14.95 and includes soup and...More
I went last night for a pre birthday night. It was a horrible experience. First we got a salad and asked for onions we got no onions. The salad looked like it was dumped out of a bag the pieces were HUGE and then maybe...3 cherry tomatoes on it. I was appalled. Then we got bread sticks with our dinner HA are you kidding me? it was litterally two bread sticks not cut or heated or anything we asked if they were garlic, NOPE and your an itatlian restaurant, give me a break. Your place needs work. Then I got my meal with extra shrimp, my "extra" shrimp was maybe 4 shrimp if I was lucky. This was the worst itatlian restaurant I ever ate at in my entire life. I am sorry I had to pay for this meal. I would have had a nicer put together meal at McDonalds.More

You used to make an amazing chicken box but I noticed you don't grill the chicken anymore. You boil it, chop it and mix with the other ingredients. I can taste the difference. Please go back to original or will not buy anymore. This is...a recommendation not a complaint.More
The food is below average, nothing is homemade but the pizza! The pizza is solid. There is nothing Italian about his place. They portray an Italian restaurant but from top to bottom they may have one Italian person working here. Servers and bartenders are nice,...but the food doesn’t rank. I would put them at the bottom of the Italian restaurants in Berks County. 3-4 times I ate here I found hair or other things in the food. The owner seems like a pompous jerk to be nice. Walks around like he is something special and is a pure jerk to customers. I heard him say to a customer I don’t care if you come back! Owner is very rude! I will never go back even if everything would be free.More
