A convenient spot for us but it is truly a typical diner menu. Not a very appetizing salad bar and have found it best for breakfast.

We've been here several times in the past year. This visit was the worse. The waitress was very slow. And I found a hair in my omelet. Of course, they apologized and removed it from the bill. Food tastes good; but it gave all three of us an upset stomach. Time to find somewhere else for breakfasts.

Had average breakfast. Coffee good waitress made a fresh pot of decaf just for us. Food was good but hash browns were done but plain. Restaurant was clean. Restroom was clean. We are traveling through this area and will come here again

It's an old school dinner in an old Howard Johnson's building, nostalgia alone dictates a visit!!! They actually serve a very good dinner breakfast at a reasonable price and the service is very pleasant. It's a good breakfast...!!! Please don't misread my 3 star rating as a negative statement, this is an awesome dinner but it ain't Morton's.

Large menu selection, good food and service. The people that own Queen City have a few other restaurants around town. It is obvious they know how to run a restaurant. Very clean, well lit and attention to the customer. Have been here a number of times and never had a bad meal.

We opted to have Christmas Eve dinner at Queen City because there was not much else open within 20 miles of where we were staying over the holiday. Good choice! Two of us had stuffed cabbage that was very good, and the sauce played a big role in that. Veg's were good. And the rice pudding was very good, too.... More

Having grown up in Reading and only visiting these days about 2-3 times a year, I appreciate a taste of 'Berks County soul food' at a local diner (which is what it used to be). Loved the chipped beef on toast with hash browns - even though the portions are a tad smaller than I remember. If you seek tall... More

Counter service breakfast. Good meal at a good price. Service is friendly and quick. On par with the "other diner" in West Reading
