What is there to say- awesome oysters fried and raw- great seafood- really good soups and great beer. The have the best Guinness we ever tasted and that's saying a lot!!

The ugly Oyster is not so ugly whatsoever. As a matter of fact it my favorite place to drink and eat.........get a cab!!!! Why? Walked down from the Double Tree on a Thursday night. All the tables were full, only a few open bar stools. I had the muscles in sause with bread, nothing spectacular. This is my favorite pub in the area! Our waitress is ALWAYS quick and kind, the food is outstanding and has huge portions! I go here all the time and suggest it to everyone.

This is the place to be..... an old type Irish Pub. They have the best Guinness on tap, plus their crab dip can't be beat!!! Weather you are looking for a dinner or cheese steak they have it!!

Great food , nice atmosphere. Good place for after work to unwind as many people from our office do every week. Secure parking in a good area of Reading. Never a disappointing meal!!
