New business and they do have room for improvement. First, the pizza is made with fresh ingredients. The sauce is not your typical. It seems fresh and chunky. They use fresh mozz and basil. I added meatball and it was generous. The calzone was golden brown and full of flavor with the sautéed spinach and garlic. It is certainly special. Now the room for improvement. A family business. They didn’t write down the order and thought it was 1/2 meatball. The daughter was eating while serving customers. It was just me originally but had a number the take care of in short order. They will de well because the food stands out from the others. They could get 5 stars when they get into the swing of things.
