Large order for a funeral during Pandemic

I ordered 15 different sandwiches ,a pizza,chicken fingers and French fries online for a funeral during the Pandemic. The entire order was 100% correct ! The food was also good. I was impressed. It was delivered on time as well. I did call to make sure they received my order and the lady was very nice too. Thank you Ice House deli for making my Dad's funeral a little less stressful. He really liked your sandwiches.

Serves a good breakfast

They have a potato cake that is made from mashed potatoes, mixed with onion, rolled in bread crumbs and deep fried. Excellent with eggs! Their Philly Cheese Steak omelet is good and quite large. Suitable for big eaters. They have breads and rolls made by Conshohocken Italian Bakery which are really good although they're offered at extra price.

Go here for a great breakfast. Usually if you leave hungry, something wrong. They give you a good amount to eat and Chris and Barbara are two of the best waitress there. They always know what you drink and want even before you order

Ordered delivery while staying at a local hotel and it took them 2 hours to deliver. I can’t say how the food was since it was cold and soggy because the driver had it for over an hour. Every time I called the girl just said it will be there as soon as possible. Don’t bother ordering deliver if you want quality food.

Dinner time

Haven’t been here for a while since the dam COVID. They closed the indoor dining which hurts everyone that loves a great breakfast place. We were trying to find a place to eat and looking for something close because of the weather. They gave us a pickup time on line in which I’m not a fan of because I picky. Everything was great and ordered exactly the way I ordered.

Cheesestake hoagie is delicious!

In town visiting family and we went to Ice House for dinner. The staff was friendly and the food was good. Being from the southwest, I had no idea what a hoagie was but I tried one and it was delicious! I'd honestly go back just for the cheesestake hoagie. It has a diner feel to it, with the history of the building making the name a fitting name. The town as a whole had a lot of history and you can tell that it means something to the people living there.

Better than I was expecting

I have been driving past this place a few times a year for the last 20 years and finally stopped in. Overall it was very good if not excellent. The cheese steak was good, the Italian hoagie was fantastic. Our server couldn’t have been more friendly. And I enjoyed the atmosphere, too. I will definitely go back.

There are so many better places to eat in pottstown. Just keep on driving.almost anywhere you pick will be better than ice house. Used to be goof.

We ordered our food online and once delivered we noticed that our pizza was not with the order. I called and said they would have it out asap. Once delivered, my husband opened and they gave us two desserts on them for the mistake! Thanks you for the treat and the delicious food.

I have eaten here for several years. This was probably our last time. The food used to be outstanding but it is just not the same. The prices are insane for the quality being average. Really disappointed.

Don't Do It!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

Don't Do It!!!! The wings are OVERPRICED and disgusting! They brag about their wings to make up for how horrible they are I suppose, but don't fall for it! These people charge you up to $10 extra for well done! Where they do that at? Customer Service Sucks! I called to complain about those overpriced, undercooked wings, I called and asked to speak to the Mgr., and the girl that answered said she was the Mgr. I explained my situation, and she rushed me off the phone without addressing the situation. I asked her who her boss was, so I could speak to them. She told me she works for the owner (Red Flag). I asked what the owner's name was, she said they don't give out names (Red Flag). I asked her what her name is, she said, again, we don't give out names (Red Flag). I wasn't asking for her Govt name, just a first name (sally, shirley, jen, whatever), and whenever a restaurant refuses to give you a first name, something is wrong! BUYER BEWARE, DON'T EAT HERE!!!!

not the right order

there must be something wrong with me if everyone else seems to get WHAT THEY OWRDERED. cheesesteak, fried onion, sauce....and fries. once again.....4 the 3rd time...you fxxxed up.. I tried to make it simple, but you cannot evidently handle SAUCE and ONIONS . I thought it was the hot peppers before that totally confused everyone, so I did not order them.. DONE. never coming back. morons.!! I am going to tell everyone I know this time. Rather incredible actually!!!!

Had a problem with an order-was told I was going to get a credit and got ghosted. It was nice that they were going to do right by their mistake, but when they didn’t and ignored it-that’s terrible customer service.
