I have been going to this restaurant for years because my parents like it. It is a cozy little local place with a nice Italian atmosphere and a good menu. In fact, I've enjoyed everything I've ever ordered there. However, the staff is so cold and rude it makes me never want to go back. As I said, I have... More

We were hoping this was going to be that little hidden gem, but we were very disappointed. The positives: It's a quaint little BYOB restaurant with 9 tables inside and 5 on the sidewalk. Our waitress was very nice. Prices are reasonable. The negatives: The food. I ordered the Diavolo, which our waitress told me had a kick to it.... More

We love this place. They have excellent greens and beans and they always have amazing specials. The bread is awesome too. The staff is friendly and attentive!

It has been too long since I have been to Sarafino's! Just a few months, but that is WAY too long! I have always been greeted warmly and rapidly. This day, Tuesday, April 19, at 4:00p.m., was no exception. A friend from Erie was in town, so I took her there, to share the love! & it was food love!!... More

We were hesitant about stopping at 730 on a Saturday but pleasantly surprised to get a table very quickly since it was just the 2 of us this visit. Greens and Beans a must and a very large portion served. Great with the warm bread. We had 2 of the specials - crabcakes and seafood pasta. Both very tasty for... More

This restaurant is for true foodies. Who don't need all the fancy trimmings. This is a truly unique experience. Welcome to an authentic Italian Family Kitchen. I grew up in one and this is the same! There were 6 of us for dinner. Please start off with the Antipasto Salad. They cut the fresh cappicola, provolone and pepperoni with their... More

Been coming to Sarafino's for years. Always loved it. Been there a few times over the last few months and seeing a slow and steady decline in the quality of food. Cooks yelling profanity in the kitchen and food just not tasting as good as it used to be. It used to be worth driving from the South Hills for... More

We visited Sarafino's recently and the dining experience was excellent. I had veal Parm and Sharyn had Cappallini and Chicken.both Dinners were prepared by Sharyn's nephew Michael. The food was delicious. Our waitress was Kim who is Sharyn's sister. The owner Joe came over to our table and introduced himself. We really enjoyed our experience and plan on returning real soon.

This is where you can go to get real Italian food, not just that slop from olive garden that people call food. I am partial to sarafinos ravioli as a classic dish. Their pizza is delicious and the veal is fantastic. I love it here and have brought family to this place to give them a good and impressing feel... More

I was on business and saw this place close by to my hotel. It was delightful. The waitress was sweet, the place was packed, that atmosphere was charming, the salad was decent, the bread was to die for, and i had the Rita's pasta which was so amazing. Everything about the experience just made me feel great!
