This bakery is located in my hometown of Millvale, a suburb of Pittsburgh. And this is the BEST bakery, french or otherwise, you will ever go to! The menu is extremely varied, expertly baked and prepared, and just scrumptious!! You're only problem will be deciding what to get! All who work there are friendly and professional and anxious to help you decide. This isn't just a "if you find yourself near here", this is a "make the effort to go no matter how long it takes. Trust me, you won't be sorry!!

Everything is splendid at this Bakery, which is why we asked them to do our wedding cakes. We are never disappointed. In addition to French and European specialities they offer items in demand from the other ethnic communities including a really authentic nutroll which is more filling than dough! Highly recommend.

Jean Marc’s baked treats stand at the top of tithe city’s great bakeries. His sinfully rich butter cream icing, delicate macarons , versatile Breton cake and authentic poppyseed and nut rolls are as tasty as you’ll find anywhere in France. And if you’re lucky, you’ll be there on a day he has baguettes, you’ll think you’re in Paris.. the artisan, high quality baked goods and unpretentious, authentic store make this a special place.

Sinfully yummy. Visiting Pittsburgh & had to try this place based on reviews. Our pickings were limited by the time we had arrived. We purchased 2 chocolate croissants, a cheese danish and a palmier. They were all good especially the chocolate croissants (we ended up buying 2 more !). They gave us the wrong danish however. We ordered a cheese and got the maple. Nice flavor (was looking forward to cheese though). Definitely will be back next time we're in the area.

I stopped here today to buy some sweets for my husband as a surprise. I purchased a half dozen of assorted macaroons. There are a verity of flavors, all are delicious and so colorful. The almond macaroon is my favorite. I also purchased a slice of the lemon raspberry cake. WOW! I will definitely be back for more lemon raspberry cake and another half dozen of macaroons. And yes...I did share with my husband ;)

John was awesome as the shuttle driver and showed us good places to eat and made our ride enjoyable. Hotel is great. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. It was the perfect place to stay for the one night we were in Pittsburgh.

My wife and I visited this bakery while in town. We are from Buffalo New York, and we loved this bakery. The husband and wife owners were both very pleasant, and I really enjoyed the husband’s accent. Most importantly, the macaroons were delicious. I wish I had bought more. They were the best I ever had.

Always fabulous bakery items. We bring our visitors to Pittsburgh every time and they always request return visits! My husband grew up partly in France so he is a picky man about his baguettes and we only get them here!

Definitely worth going out of your way to pick up pastries and cakes. Only Paris can rival the exquisite quality. The croissants are heaven in a white bag.

I always stop here and pick something up when I'm passing through the neighborhood. Everything is outstanding. It's hard to choose. Definitely worth the trip. A jewel in the North Hills.

We got the croissants, a variety of macarons, and Kouign Amann (which is a sweet croissant). I loved everything I tried. I think the Pistachio and Espresso macarons were my favorites.
