After discovering this bakery, on a recent family trip to my hometown of Pittsburgh, during which we stayed in Mount Washington, we literally went there every single day to take out and try different desserts. The kids (and adults) loved the fresh cupcakes! The homemade...Italian cookies were delicious! And, the cannolis...oh the cannolis - this is exactly what I remember of my hometown's cannolis! The best anywhere - simply perfect! What I love about this place is that everything tastes fresh, without any chemically ingredients or flavors, and the sweetness of the dishes is just right, not overpowering. If I could bring this bakery back with me, to where I now live, I would! I literally can't wait to be back in Mount Washington to visit this place again!More

Our first visit to south Pittsburgh and came upon this bakery. Super sweet Harvey assisted not once, but twice again when I visited next day glad they were opened on weekend. I couldn't wait to get back to southside, a special visit again just to...go again, and we bought so many wonderful cookies, cakes, and sweets. Brought home to Delaware. Sprinkle sugar cookies, mini pineapple cake, thumbprint cookies (YUMMO). Oatmeal and butterscotch cookies, marble chocolate cookies. YOU MUST visit there only 10 mins drive from center Pittsburgh.More

I've been stopping in this little bakery for over five years, and have never been disappointed. Everything I've tried there has been good. Lately I've been loving their brownies with the raspberry topping - when I bring them home everyone loves them too.
We ate at one of the nearby restaurants and then came here for dessert! We had the lemon bar, pb slice, a donut and coffees for the same price we would’ve paid for any restaurant dessert! And it was all fabulous! There are little tables...to eat-in and the service was super friendly!More
We stumbled across this place while we were in town. They have such a great selection and a lot to choose from. The problem is there's too many things to try because if you try them all you'll be sick. LOL
Great bakery in Mount Washington. Pastries were outstanding! We bought cookies, pastries, Apple streusel, coffee cake, and some baking supplies. Everything was delish! If you’re in the area, stop in and indulge yourself! You won’t regret it! Wish we lived closer to this sweet shop!!
I stopped in this bakery after riding the Monongahela Incline to the Mount Washington overlook. I bought a chocolate chip cookie and snickerdoodle cookie. They were excellent, and I am kind of a hard-to-please "cookie snob", LOL. They were also selling pumpkin flavored dog biscuits....Worth a visit.More
Visited here on the off chance whilst in Pittsburgh. Glad we did, cakes were to die for. Service was excellent as well, knowledgeable and friendly despite our many questions on their wide selection of cakes!
There’s a decent selection of donuts and breakfast pastries here. The kids enjoyed the donuts and the apple fritter was nice. Looks like a bunch of other yummy baked items like cookies, muffins, and cannolis, which we didn’t get to try but they looked great.
We rode the incline up to Shiloh street and our shuttle driver had recommended the Grandview Bakery for a great place for dessert. We tried cupcakes, which were awesome but the cannoli was AMAZING! Best I’ve eaten outside of Chicago. The giant buckeye was delicious...too and we totally suffered sugar comas. Would totally recommend if you are in the Mount Washington neighborhood of Pittsburgh.More
This place is quiet, the coffee is good, as are the cookies. I got chocolate chip and snickerdoodle. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly. They have lots of variety and really good prices.
We have ordered almond torte cream filled cakes all over the city and yesterday we had one from here! Well, theirs was outstanding! Never order elsewhere again. Price to value was a steal! Staff was great and top notch service. Have also had their lemon...cake and it's delish. All their cakes are So moist ! Very unique designsMore
