Disclaimer: I've been going to and have known & loved the owners & employees of the BBT for over 20 years. Every time I've gone to the BBT, be it for dinner, to see a live band, or just a few drinks, I've always been treated well and been happy with the quality of food/beer and the friendly service. Family-friendly... More

Enjoyed the good food; pierogi excellent as well as the kielbasa. Kielbasa was grilled crispy and the meat inside was moist and tasty. Service was good for us. Will stop again to try other menu items.

The food was good but the service was aweful. Barmaid yelled at my husband when he asked a question. She slammed his beer bottle on the table. She yelled at a customer While he waited for his wife to return from restroom because to she thought they were only there to use restroom and not to eat or drink. Will... More

Always try and eat local on vacation, and this place didn't disappoint. Stumbled upon it after googling "Pittsburgh favorite foods" and pierogies came up. Further searching led us to this place. It's a broom closet for sure... a local watering hole. Service was friendly but not fast but when you're with good company and live music playing, who cares. The... More

First time was 6 months ago,(stopped to eat en-route from Chicago to Eastern PA.). So memorable that we vowed to go back the next time we were near Pittsburgh. We got that chance Nov.7, 2015. Drove an hour off route to get there, we worth it. The place is both a local hang out, and also had first time, friendly... More

We stopped i for diner while in town - The food was pretty good but the server was a bit rude. There was only one other table occupied and our server was very slow to return to the table

The BBT is a dive bar/restaurant. The drinks are cheap and the variety is pretty good. Delicious Polish food. The pierogies are the BEST. Decent service, friendly people, live music sometimes, very fun.

The Bloomfield Bridge Tavern, right at the end of the Bloomfield Bridge on Liberty Ave, is pretty divey looking, but we (2 middle-aged couples) recently went on a Saturday evening, and had a great time. Parking is in the rear, turn at Del's and then turn again at the next little alleyway and go straight to the good-sized BBT private... More
