We arrived around 7 pm on a week night. There is a lot of seating in the place and the decor is a bit odd. Most of the place was empty but the pick up area for foodora and Uber eats was very active. One...thing I noticed was how slippery the floors were. Very greasy. We decided to do the buffet. There is a large selection of items from vegetarian to meat dishes. Some dishes looked like it’s been there for some time and others looked fresh. I picked through and had 2 servings. I asked for a beer and didn’t get a straight answer. I asked again and they told me they were sold out. Hmmm. The food tasted ok, but not near the quality of Indian food I have had, then again it’s a buffet.More

Good spread of Indian dishes with customised level of spices. The food was tasty but quite oily. Service is courteous.

We found this restaurant was within walking distance of our hotel. As we walked up to the restaurant we had high hopes as the food smelt delicious. We went in, were seated and ordered drinks. The drinks were warm, even with ice in them. One...drink had the strangest taste and not nice. The water also warm had a Fausty taste We had the buffet. The food looked pretty good. You had to go looking for the paneer in the sauce Same with the chicken dishes. The goat curry was ok and maybe one of the better dishes. The naan bread was the best part of the meal.More

You can either get a buffet or order off the menu. We got the buffet. The price was reasonable $12.99. The food was good but not really remarkable. Not the best Indian food I have ever had. I had the chicken korma which was good,...tandoori chicken was good too. Vegetable pakora was ok. They were not very fast about replenishing the dishes that were getting low. Honestly, I could have used a bit more spice and I generally do not like spicy food. I would probably go back, but it wouldn’t be my first choice for Indian food in Pittsburgh.More

Tikka masala was fairly bland and the rice was very dry. Felt like the garlic naan was lite on flavor as well. Have had better Indian food at other spots in Pittsburgh

We a group of 10 had a dinner at All India Restaurant during late hours. Buffet was available but we thought to go for a la carte. Many choices but food quality & taste was not good. All India has no bar but we enjoyed...beer from outside as it is permitted. The cutlery is not good. Not a bad place if no choice.More

I have tried a few Indian restaurants around Pittsburgh for Buffet lunch at the weekend, and All India has been my favourite yet. The selection of dishes, both vegetable and meat, was really diverse. I particularly enjoyed the fish amritsari and the vegetable pakoras. The...spices were well balanced, the food fresh. All in all, great value.More

My wife and I just spent a month in Rajasthan. Eating at All India was like returning. The food is very authentic and possibly even better than it was in India. We especially liked the mint chutney for its fresh, bright flavor. The buffet is...a super bargain. The service is good and friendly. All India is the real deal. Try it!More
