I love Kaya but after buying a place on Siesta Key I'm now a Fish Taco snob. Kaya "86" the Tilapia on your fish taco. Grouper or Mahi Mahi if you have to raise the price, do it.... You are way to good of a resterant to serve this inferior Fish Taco. Taco PERFECT-Ingredients/Topping PERFECT-Portion Size PERFECT-Fish Stinks

My wife and I and our three daughters (in their 20's) visited the United States (NY - PA - OH - CHICAGO) for two weeks and by far, the best restaurant we dined at had to be Kaya. For one, all of us, with exception of my wife, love spicy food, although my wife does it enjoy the milder side.... More

We were looking for a good Cuban sandwich in Pittsburgh. After reading the reviews on Kaya we decided to give it a try. The Cuban was very good and as we were ordering the group at the next table told us how good the sandwich is so we ordered with the sweet potato fries. Very good Cuban. Would recommend highly.... We sat at the bar and ordered from the menu. We got the ribs which were really good. The drinks were good and not too overpriced. The bar has outdoor seating. Staff is great! l. I would return here if in the area.

I was not impressed. According to Yelp it's a such a cool place. I cannot say that. Got plain unflavored veggie paella. No salt or any flavor at all. We had Jamaican green curry paella with shrimp. Is was not anything special either. I think this place is overrated.

I had a $100 gift certificate to any Big Burrito and we decided to try here. I had Kaya a few years ago and always thought it was ok. This time, our meal was fabulous! My SO got salmon cooked medium rare (didn't know that was a thing) and it was amazing! I've never liked salmon, but haven't stopped thinking... More

On vacation from Scotland we found this amazing restaurant in the Strip District. Original twists on both food and cocktails. Startling smoked tequila was different. And we loved the plantain nachos with pulled pork and the devilled eggs. Staff lovely. Will return when we are back again in the city.

I came here before an evening showing of Cirque. Three adults, four kids. While we were not greeted particularly warmly by the hostess, this was more than made up for by the waitress. She was great, understood that we needed to get out of the door. Guacamole and mango-pineapple salsa were so fresh and good, we could have licked them... More

This place adds a little Carribean flare to the Strip. Good food and a nice atmosphere make it an enjoyable experience.

A friend and I stopped in here while we were down in the strip. I didn't really care for the atmosphere that much. I tried the fish taco's they were just ok. What I don't like is when the drinks are almost as expensive as the meal. For me this place was just ok. I don't think I would stop... More
