This is a high-level dinner restaurant that serves mostly Asian dishes. The fried dumplings were okay. I have had better served in to go boxes at much less expensive places. The fried rice was excellent as long as you like the crispy edges. If not,...More

Soba used to be one of our favorite restaurants in Pittsburgh. This assessment took a hit in our last visit. The people at the desk were efficient but unfriendly. We did not feel welcome. In contrast, the wait people and servers were delightful. The food...More

Four of us visited for a dinner on a weekday evening. Our server, Sarah, was just wonderful. The food was excellent. We sat at a table on a second floor porch and it was very comfortable at sunset in September.

Great food. Wife ate vegan, the Thai soup was delicious. Our waitress was outstanding. The atmosphere was energetic. We stopped in the lounge for a drink. Wine and Tetsu Old Fashion. We had an enjoyable time.

Both the food and the service were quite good, let alone the atmosphere. We were there for a business dinner (around 30 people), and they had a special area for that upstairs.

If you are referring to Springhill Suites in Pittsburgh, then yes. Trader Joes is within walking distance. It is in a small shopping center 1-2 blocks up the street. A Target is also up the street, but a bit further walk.
