All they make is gyros and that is because they are that good. Also can't be being full for under 6 dollars. Just make sure you grab a lot of napkins.

Stopped by for an early lunch and was pleasantly surprised to see that they served pierogis. This place is definitely a little hole in the wall, but judging by the amount of folks inside and the bags and bags of take-out orders on the back counter, I had a feeling it would be good. And I was definitely correct in... More

ITs is really just one of those places you go because you have to do it once in pittsburgh. I would say go, I'm just not a repeat customer

This is where the locals go to get gyros. It's a greasy little hole-in-the-wall, but they have the best gyros in Pittsburgh. If it's a Friday, call ahead to order because there's usually a line. Simple, but good. I can't quite remember, but I think you might have to pay cash.

I wanted one last local taste of the Burgh before we left our former hometown from years ago. Glad I had enough cash (no credit cards), because it was really tasty. Nothing fancy here - just traditional gyros with tons of meat, lots of lettuce, sauce, onions, and the right kind of thick-cut fries, and a Coke to go with... More

This ones pretty simple: go in, order, pay cash, eat a freshly made and delicious gyro. They have other items, but why not order the specialty?

This was my first visit to Mike and Tony's Gyros. You place your order at the counter; they are cash only. Prices are reasonable. Gyro and french fries for $7; the gyro's are made to order. The food was served hot and fresh. The dining area is nothing special but appeared clean. They had a lot of carry out orders... More

I came here and got 2 regular gyros. The meat was shaved off the rack which is the first prerequisite for any gyro. The gyro was complete but the tzatziki sauce wasn't flavorful. There should be potatoes/fries in the gyro. The meat was flavorful but not tender enough. Will come try again earlier in the day when the meat just... More

A bit pricy but the best gyros you can find on the south side! They have a large seating area and are very friendly!!
